GoogleI was not aware that there was an $85 charge just for them to come out, even after talking with them and scheduling the appointment, so that took me by surprise but the work was done well and in a timely manner!

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality I was very impressed with AJ Locksmith. Unfortunately I had lost the keys to a padlock on my gate and was unable to open the lock on my own. I got in touch with Joey from AJ Locksmith and he answered all of my questions promptly and was able to get a technician out to my home the same day. The technician called me and gave me an estimate on when he would arrive. He showed up ten minutes early! Before he did anything he went over the estimated costs and let me know what factors may cause the price to rise. He picked the lock in a couple of minutes and that was that. Hopefully I don't need to use their services again, but if I do I will definitely contact AJ Locksmith first!

We have a beautiful Anderson storm door with beveled glass installed in 1985 and the lock died on it on Halloween night.so we found ourselves a lot in our home at the front door until AJ locksmith sent Jacob out to get it open for us which he did very quickly to my delight. When I chose to order the part they offered to come back and install it for me with no additional trip fee. Jacob called ahead to let me know when I should expect him. He was prompt, polite and very quick. I found their services to be very affordable and I will definitely use them again!

David was the tech who came. He was on time, professional and was able to fix another problem with one of the locks while he was here. Changed 8 locks quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too.
