GoogleJoel was very friendly and didn’t mind when we changed our plan to add more locks than the original estimate. He also filed some sharp screws on our locks for us which we appreciated. He was great about communicating with us about his arrival time. We would use AJ Locksmith again.

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality Joshua at AJ Locksmith showed up on time, was professional, and knew what he was doing. My dad locked his key inside his SUV a couple of days back and we had a tow trucker come and help us. The tow trucker used the same tools that Joshua had used, a pump and a car grabber tool and couldn’t open it. He tried for 30 min and said that the alarm was preventing him to open the vehicle since it was quickly locking the doors every time he unlocked the car. But Joshua proved him wrong. He used the exact same tools that the tow trucker had used and in 1 min or less, he managed to unlock the car and open the door. I was surprised on how quickly he did his job! Their price was also a great deal so that also made the service definitely worth it. Overall, I rate this service a 10/10 and will immediately ask for their service again if i ever need it again. 👍🏼

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value This is a responsive, professional small business that is well-priced, timely and with customer service exceeding all expectations. I had them come rekey six locks following a home purchase, and it became more complex than expected due to an issue with one of the existing locks. Would absolutely use them again for anything key related. My technician Jacob was a pleasure to speak with as well.
