Our technician Josh was awesome! Very professional and courteous, and seemed like he knew a great deal about locks in general. He was able to assist in our lock change needs, along with the adjustment of the electronic keyless lock that was recently installed but not locking well. We called Monday and they offered an appointment the next day to suit our availability (noting that they offered a same day appointment). Pricing seemed very good. Great service, great technician and highly recommend.

Had difficulty getting into my apartment after moving out from the west coast. Joel was awesome and so kind. Helped me get into my apartment and offered for me to call him if I needed any advice or assistance installing a new lock. Was super cool about me trying to figure out how to handle the situation. Cannot say enough good things.

William just came out and unlocked my son's car for us. My son was in a hurry to leave and was putting stuff in his trunk when he dropped his keys in it before closing the trunk and wouldn't you know...lol. William got to our house in under 30 minutes. He was kind, courteous, respectful and just all around pleasant and nice. Made sure we were satisfied and happy with his work. Then asked if there was anything else he could do for us. Which is a great attitude to have. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs it. Putting this number in my phone in case I have any future needs. These are my guys now!!

Jacob was the tech who responded and was at the property within 15 minutes of the initial phone call. In my business as realtor it's all about serving our clients in a timely manner. We needed a Rekey and all was done within 30 minutes. I definitely will keep AJ Locksmith in my contacts for future business and referrals.

We had a new door installed in our house we’ve only owned for a few months. We also had a new deadbolt added to a door leading to the garage. The job was done poorly by the door team, so AJ Locksmith to the rescue! Joey showed up on time, assessed the work necessary and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed with his prices and he set to work. Joey even made us aware the knob on one of the doors was worn out, so we’re replacing. We took several business cards and will be telling our neighbors in need of locksmith work! It’s difficult to find a reasonable price and honest work these days, but AJ Locksmith is the real deal!

I unknowingly pressed the lock button on my key fob. Started the car to cool it down before loading my dog and closed the door. I then discovered I accidentally locked my keys in the running car. William at AJ Locksmith was quick to the rescue! He arrived in 20 min and had my car open in less than a minute without any scratches to my car. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with Joel! I called this morning for a commercial service and was informed that a tech (Joel) was available between the hours of 12-2pm. He showed up just before 12pm, even called me twice to update me on his progress, and had the job finished within an hour. Very professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing while also giving me plenty of options to choose from. Thank you so much!

AJ locksmith was quick, polite, knowledgeable and concerned about the options to safeguard the exterior of my vehicle. My MKX has the top of the line safety features almost to a fault if you find that gray area of locking yourself out, he got me unlocked in light speed time and at a very fair price.. I have a new locksmith in the family.. cheers!
