My dog locked me out of my running car. He was inside enjoying comfortable air conditioning and Frank Sinatra playing on my radio while I was stuck outside in the heat trying to figure out how to open the locked and running car. I called AJ Locksmith as they showed to have a local facility that could send someone out quickly to unlock the car. Joey arrived and was very quick to unlock the car. He was very professional and and good natured with my dog and myself. I would definitely use them again should my dog decide he wants to lock me out again.

Our technician Josh was awesome! Very professional and courteous, and seemed like he knew a great deal about locks in general. He was able to assist in our lock change needs, along with the adjustment of the electronic keyless lock that was recently installed but not locking well. We called Monday and they offered an appointment the next day to suit our availability (noting that they offered a same day appointment). Pricing seemed very good. Great service, great technician and highly recommend.

Had difficulty getting into my apartment after moving out from the west coast. Joel was awesome and so kind. Helped me get into my apartment and offered for me to call him if I needed any advice or assistance installing a new lock. Was super cool about me trying to figure out how to handle the situation. My son was in a hurry to leave and was putting stuff in his trunk when he dropped his keys in it before closing the trunk and wouldn't you know...lol. William got to our house in under 30 minutes. He was kind, courteous, respectful and just all around pleasant and nice. Made sure we were satisfied and happy with his work. Then asked if there was anything else he could do for us. Which is a great attitude to have. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs it. Putting this number in my phone in case I have any future needs. These are my guys now!!
