Tried to replace 25’ of door bottom seals on a Saturday. Quickly into the Soup. Were able to get out to us same day, fix my screw ups, finish installing the seals AND adjust/tune/lube everything. Highly recommend!

We had just moved into out new townhouse and knew we needed to address the noisy and aging garage door. I called Titan Garage Doors, Surrey and spoke to one of their staff. Within a hour, Moses called me for the specifics on what the issues were. Gave me a time the same day, he arrived, very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. Gave me a quote and within a couple of hours we had our system changed out. New motor, springs and rollers. Now with the MyQ app I can control the garage opener from anywhere. My garage door springs had snapped and I ended up calling Titan Garage doors because of the reviews I saw online. It was a late afternoon when I called but the tech came by same day and was able to help me get my car out of the garage and had new springs installed within the hour. He definitely knew what he was talking about, was professional and courteous. He even took the time to help me diagnose some minor issues and gave me some very helpful advice on how to keep safe and maintain my garage door. He was also done within the hour. 100% would recommend them to anyone I know.

Our garage door springs broke at 4:30 pm. I called Titan and Omri was there around 6:30 pm. After analyzing the problem he gave me an estimate and after the “go ahead” he had the job done in an hour. The door functions much better and is quieter as well. Omri was very personable and professional. I will definitely recommend Titan to my friends. Great service.

Moses went above and beyond for us when our garage door broke down. He was able to assess and give an accurate quote that was good for the price. Mind you it was not the cheapest but it was relatively inexpensive of someone having to fix in very short notice. He showed us which parts needed replacing and he was honest about those that did not need replacing as well. From the time calling Titan at 430pm and Moses coming to do the job at 6pm... replacing the pair of bearings and curve door opener, re-winding the pulley and adjusting the spring, checking balance and aligning... all done by 730 pm...well done :-)
