After I witnessed how proficient he is, I eventually have him replaced our old, noisy and clanky garage door opener.. He suggested that we use the new Linear Garage door opener, with Wifi capabilities, LED lights that can be adjusted! He also replaced our broken and old panels! Alex, the repair technician, was at our home by 1:00pm, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the garage door opener by 2:15pm. He explained each step and provided above average customer service throughout the visit. He took away all the redundant parts and boxes, etc., when he left. Extremely quick service and an excellent customer experience! I would highly recommend this company’s service.
