Called Titan garage doors on Sunday to replace a broken spring on our garage door. They were willing to send a technician within six hours but that would be about 6-7:00 PM. I chose to have them come on Monday morning. Adam called 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said. He immediately got to work and the entire project was completed within 50 minutes. Adam was one of the most pleasant and polite tradesman we have dealt with in our unit. After he finished the repair he showed me a few pointers on how to keep the door in good working condition. I have already recommended Titan to two of our neighbours.

My garage's tension coil broke (it happens after 10K cycles), and called Titan Garage Doors Surrey. Within 2 hours, it was fixed and working. While I could have probably spent 5+ hours trying to figure it out myself watching youtube channels - it is best left to the experts who know exactly how to do it quickly and properly. Great service is an understatement, and thank you Moses (the tech that fixed it) for being so quick and efficient. Highly recommended!!!

Eli came after hours on a Friday night to change my broken spring for my garage door. He is very good at what he does and he explained the process as he went along. After the installation he tested the door and it worked, but through his experience he thought the door needed a bigger spring because it was not holding the weight properly (springs were replaced with the similar weighing as the original spring). He came back the next day with a bigger spring. Eli is a very diligent and hard working technician. Titan garage doors is lucky to have him. For that reason I would recommend this company.

The garage door spring broke at midnight. Because it was late, I left a message at Titan's website and, at 8:30am, Alex called me to book an appointment to come and fix it at the same day. He was super fast and explained the whole process.

I called Titan Garage Doors late one afternoon with my problem of a door that would not open. Alexander offered to come in that same evening but I asked him to come next morning. He arrived and quickly diagnosed a broken spring issue, removed and installed both springs very efficiently and he was done. We had plenty of laughs in the meantime, Alexander and I are both prairie folk and we connected and traded numerous experiences. Great service, friendly, efficient and affordable.

Called for service at 5:15 pm due to a broken torsion spring, service rep said we can come tonight or tomorrow, I said tonight, Moses the service tech called and said I can be there by 7 pm. He showed up 6:45 with the replacement spring and was done by 7:45. Great service, very professional and would not hesitate to recommend them.
