GoogleI had a great experience working with them. They were the first company to call back and provide an estimate. They were able to schedule me quickly and were on time. The world was done with no mess and it looks amazing. Not only were they avle to quickly replace the window well, window ans cocer but they found why the well was filling with water and fixed the problem. A company truly worth a 5 star review.
GoogleGero and crew were very responsive and reliable. Installed my new window in only a half hour and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even have known they were there. The window took the 3 weeks he had said it would take. All for a fair price. Will definitely use them for any window well needs in the future.
GoogleI started looking into basement window replacement & window well covers almost two years ago. I had quotes from several companies, but I just didn't feel good about them and considered doing the window replacement myself. I knew I needed to replace the windows and well covers so I dug out the old prices and made a comparison of costs, just before I reached out to the two lowest priced I did a quick search and found a relatively new company, Window Well Services. I emailed the window sizes and asked for a quote, I had a response within a hour and the price was several hundred dollars lower than what the lowest quote was two years ago. I figured it was worth trying them out. They impressed me with their confidence, knowledge and approach. During the window replacement Gero brought the condition of the steel window wells to my attention. From the top they didn't look too bad, but seen through windows with clear glass and no spiders, dirt, dust, cobwebs, etc. We added the replacement of the window wells to the job, added a week, but the completed job is magnificent! Great quality, great price and nice little extras such as replacing the grates for the window drains as part of the overall job!
GoogleA+, five-star...absolutely. Gero was a delight to work with, and he was willing to coordinate with my GC as part of a remodel project. He was VERY responsive, clearly communicative, competitive pricing, and an expert in his business. He expertly installed a new egress window and a new (larger) window well with limited space as there was a bush and gas meter in the immediate work space. He was thorough and careful, resulting in a successful install. It would be your loss to overlook Gero. Top-notch expert to do business with.
GoogleWe used Window Well Services to replace 4 basement windows, wells and covers. They also installed an egress window, well and cover. Gero and his team were very professional, clean and organized and on time with the work schedule. The windows look great. I would highly recommend them for any window replacement needs.

Gero was very professional and worked with me to find a time to replace two badly rusted window wells, an egress window and installation of custom covers. The work was done quickly, the quality and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I had received some quotes in the past and felt the price was more than fair for the scope and quality. GoogleThis company is amazing, and deserving of every star. I am always hesitant to hire a company to do something related to home improvement. There's too many horror stories. But this company couldn't have been more professional, they took time to answer all of my questions and never got frustrated that I wasn't booking their services. They made some great recommendations without ever trying to upsell me on anything, I truly felt like they just cared about doing the work I wanted done, not just making a buck. They were super fast too! Two basement egress windows replaced in an hour! It was a great price too, I would have thought this would set me back a lot more, but Window Well Services is competitively priced. I couldn't be happier with the end result, the basement looks nicer, it's holding heat better, and more secure now that I don't have those flimsy plexiglass windows they often use. These windows are top notch, I got the sliding ones that come apart to allow egress. Windows and installation is top notch, I couldn't recommend them more. I plan to re hire them to do my well covers in the future (I need to expand another window well first)

GoogleWe needed a window well replaced due to corrosion, so came across Window Well Services via Facebook. My wife reached out and spoke to the owner, Geronimo, who listened to what we needed and provided reasonable pricing to service those needs. He promised we would not be disappointed if we hired him; so we did. He and his associate, Abraham, arrived on time and explained all that was to be done and invited any questions—even as they were working. (Geronimo speaks good English, so we had no problems communicating.) We saw our old window well once removed from the ground. Needless to say, we were very happy it was being replaced. Geronimo and Abraham finished the job in no time. We are really impressed with not only the quality product we received from Window Well Services, but also the quality service. They were responsive, diligent, timely, kind, professional, and considerate—as they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Geronimo was right. It’s obvious he takes great pride in his work, as he wants his customers to be completely satisfied—and we are. We HIGHLY recommend his services! Thank you, Geronimo! Much thanks to Abraham, too. We’ll definitely be calling upon Window Well Services again for any future needs! Service: General window replacement
GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had our 50 year old window wells and basement windows repaired and replaced. Geronimo and his team were great. They were on time and did excellent work. They dug out all 5 window wells and replaced them with new wells, gravel and lids and replaced all 5 basement windows. Everything looks incredible and we'd happily use them again, but with the high quality of work we will not have to unless we move into a different house. We had looked into getting these wells and windows done in the past and got some quotes. Every company did somewhat different things but none of them were as prompt or courteous as Geronimo. Wells, lids and basement windows are what they do and they do it very well :) Gave 5 stars only because 6 wasn't an option! :)
