I received a recommendation for Window Well Services from another happy customer. I needed my original aluminum frame basement windows replaced. Window Well Services had my sizes in stock and scheduled to install them (at my convenience). They arrived, took their shoes off before entering and went to work installing the windows. In no time at all they were completed. I watched the installation and Gero and his partner were very thorough installing the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. The window are great....something that I wish that I had done a lot sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Geronimo was the best person to work with.
As soon as I called him he was here within 2 hours of the call to show me the windows and provide me with an estimate.
2 Days later he was here to install the windows and it was a complete transformation! He was kind, kept all areas clean and very reasonable. I will be using him again and have referred him to several people already.
I originally was going to use another company but they had a 4-6 week wait time for the windows and were not professional.
Then they charged me $75 for cancelling my appt due to a family emergency on top it.
Glad I found Geronimo for future business!

He was patient with me while I got him the info and gave me a quote very quickly. I was able to schedule the installation of the new window for the following week (although he was available sooner). He showed up, explained everything that he was going to do, and was done within 90 minutes. Just excellent work!

Positive: Professionalism
Gero was absolutely awesome with his swift, professional installation of my basement windows. It made a huge difference having the new ones put in. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He brought his own vacuum to clean up the old rusted window well and made sure we knew how to open and close the new windows.

Geronimo (sorry if i spelled incorrectly) answered all of our questions over the phone and gave us an accurate estimate based on the information that we gave him. He replaced our basement escape window with one that looks great. He even spent some extra time at the house and cleared the window well of debris that had built up over the years. Without being asked, he removed all of the staples that were in the window casing to hold up the previous repair (saving me a ton of time). He showed up exactly on time on the date that we discussed and did an outstanding job. I can’t recommend this service enough.
Also, the price was fantastic compared to other estimates we received.
Thanks

Gero is awesome! He communicates clearly, is always on-time, works efficiently, and is super tidy with his post project clean-up. We’ve utilized Window Well Services at several properties in Lake Forest, Lincolnshire, and Grayslake, and every project was completed successfully, on-time, and without a hitch. His pricing is fair (very competitive), and we’re always left feeling like we received a great value having contracted with him and his company. I sincerely wish him the best in his professional career and personal life, and plan to utilize his company for future projects. Trust that you will not be disappointed working with Gero and Window Well Services! 🤜🏻 🤛🏼

Gero is awesome! He and his team are professional, polite, and fast. I cannot believe how quickly they were able to replace my dilapidated basement windows. Not only are the new windows to code, they are also beautiful to look at. He also installed escape ladders and well covers to ensure people could safely evacuate the house in case of an emergency, while also keeping unwanted critters out. Finally, before leaving, Gero made sure I knew how to use the windows and remove them in case of emergency. He even reminded me to teach the rest of my family who were not there for the demonstration. I cannot recommend Window Well Services enough!

I'd like to say that I am so glad I found this company, I've had horrible luck in the past with contractor's. But my wife and I were so incredibly happy with how professional, polite they were and the cleanliness is top notch. On top of that, they do Grade "A" work. You will not be disappointed. Call me for for a reference. 👍👍👍
