Geronimo and his staff are amazing! They finished replacing 5 old window wells, cleaning the existing wells, and making new covers for all of them! The job was finished in 2 days and they look so good!

Found Window Well services from a recommendation on Nextdoor and took a look at their website. I called and was able to get a quite that day. Gero was very professional and worked with me to find a time to replace two badly rusted window wells, an egress window and installation of custom covers. The work was done quickly, the quality and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I had received some quotes in the past and felt the price was more than fair for the scope and quality. I highly recommend!

This company is amazing, and deserving of every star. I am always hesitant to hire a company to do something related to home improvement. There's too many horror stories. But this company couldn't have been more professional, they took time to answer all of my questions and never got frustrated that I wasn't booking their services. They made some great recommendations without ever trying to upsell me on anything, I truly felt like they just cared about doing the work I wanted done, not just making a buck. They were super fast too! Two basement egress windows replaced in an hour! It was a great price too, I would have thought this would set me back a lot more, but Window Well Services is competitively priced. I couldn't be happier with the end result, the basement looks nicer, it's holding heat better, and more secure now that I don't have those flimsy plexiglass windows they often use. These windows are top notch, I got the sliding ones that come apart to allow egress. Windows and installation is top notch, I couldn't recommend them more. I plan to re hire them to do my well covers in the future (I need to expand another window well first)

We needed a window well replaced due to corrosion, so came across Window Well Services via Facebook. My wife reached out and spoke to the owner, Geronimo, who listened to what we needed and provided reasonable pricing to service those needs. He promised we would not be disappointed if we hired him; so we did. He and his associate, Abraham, arrived on time and explained all that was to be done and invited any questions—even as they were working. (Geronimo speaks good English, so we had no problems communicating.) We saw our old window well once removed from the ground. Needless to say, we were very happy it was being replaced. Geronimo and Abraham finished the job in no time. We are really impressed with not only the quality product we received from Window Well Services, but also the quality service. They were responsive, diligent, timely, kind, professional, and considerate—as they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Geronimo was right. It’s obvious he takes great pride in his work, as he wants his customers to be completely satisfied—and we are. We HIGHLY recommend his services! Thank you, Geronimo! Much thanks to Abraham, too. We’ll definitely be calling upon Window Well Services again for any future needs!

We had our 50 year old window wells and basement windows repaired and replaced. Geronimo and his team were great. They were on time and did excellent work. They dug out all 5 window wells and replaced them with new wells, gravel and lids and replaced all 5 basement windows. Everything looks incredible and we'd happily use them again, but with the high quality of work we will not have to unless we move into a different house.

We had looked into getting these wells and windows done in the past and got some quotes. Every company did somewhat different things but none of them were as prompt or courteous as Geronimo.

Wells, lids and basement windows are what they do and they do it very well :)

Gave 5 stars only because 6 wasn't an option! :)

I received a recommendation for Window Well Services from another happy customer. I needed my original aluminum frame basement windows replaced. Window Well Services had my sizes in stock and scheduled to install them (at my convenience). They arrived, took their shoes off before entering and went to work installing the windows. In no time at all they were completed. I watched the installation and Gero and his partner were very thorough installing the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. The window are great....something that I wish that I had done a lot sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Geronimo was the best person to work with.
As soon as I called him he was here within 2 hours of the call to show me the windows and provide me with an estimate.
2 Days later he was here to install the windows and it was a complete transformation! He was kind, kept all areas clean and very reasonable. I will be using him again and have referred him to several people already.
I originally was going to use another company but they had a 4-6 week wait time for the windows and were not professional.
Then they charged me $75 for cancelling my appt due to a family emergency on top it.
Glad I found Geronimo for future business!

If I had more window wells to replace I would definitely call them again! Quick initial response and all my questions were answered. Professional and great work. Geronimo and his team did such an amazing job! When initially contacting Window Well Services, Geronimo texted me right away asking for details of the request. He was patient with me while I got him the info and gave me a quote very quickly. I was able to schedule the installation of the new window for the following week (although he was available sooner). He showed up, explained everything that he was going to do, and was done within 90 minutes. Just excellent work!

If you need a window well replaced call Geronimo!!! I called Geronimo on Monday at 5:00 and he was at my house 40 minutes later. He replaced it on Thursday and did an amazing job. Gero was absolutely awesome with his swift, professional installation of my basement windows. It made a huge difference having the new ones put in. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He brought his own vacuum to clean up the old rusted window well and made sure we knew how to open and close the new windows.

Geronimo (sorry if i spelled incorrectly) answered all of our questions over the phone and gave us an accurate estimate based on the information that we gave him. He replaced our basement escape window with one that looks great. He even spent some extra time at the house and cleared the window well of debris that had built up over the years. Without being asked, he removed all of the staples that were in the window casing to hold up the previous repair (saving me a ton of time). He showed up exactly on time on the date that we discussed and did an outstanding job. I can’t recommend this service enough.

Also, the price was fantastic compared to other estimates we received.

Gero is awesome! He and his team are professional, polite, and fast. I cannot believe how quickly they were able to replace my dilapidated basement windows. Not only are the new windows to code, they are also beautiful to look at. He also installed escape ladders and well covers to ensure people could safely evacuate the house in case of an emergency, while also keeping unwanted critters out. Finally, before leaving, Gero made sure I knew how to use the windows and remove them in case of emergency. He even reminded me to teach the rest of my family who were not there for the demonstration. I cannot recommend Window Well Services enough!
