Our motor was smoking so we wanted to get it checked. Same day service! Which is important with a garage door. Service tech said our door motor was old but still working so he “balanced” the door which would make it easier on the motor. Door is a lot quieter now. Will call them again when we need a replacement motor. Quick honest service.

5:00 on Friday night and my door broke, I thought I would be waiting till Monday or pay an expensive overtime rate. They arrived in an hour quoted me a very reasonable price and completed the job as quoted in spite of it being more complicated than anticipated. Had Alex come out and show us all the options for new garage doors. He was very helpful and honest when helping us choose new doors. He gave us an approximate date for installation and stuck to it. The new doors are a thing of beauty. Alex went over everything once installation was complete. The whole experience was excellent and would recommend them to anybody I know.

Called Titan to see if they can repair my garage door that buckled due to obstruction. Eli was amazing, he exceeded the highest level of customer focused service that I've seen in many years. He accommodated a very difficult request from us, my wife is terrified of the covid virus and was concerned about a stranger entering our home. Eli understood the situation and went way above the call of duty to ensure that she had nothing to fear. Firstly he came prepared with mask and gloves and worked extra hard to open our garage door from the outside (a very difficult and physically challenging feat). He understood the fear my wife had and repaired my garage door without having entered our house.
