We had just moved into out new townhouse and knew we needed to address the noisy and aging garage door. I called Titan Garage Doors, Surrey and spoke to one of their staff. Within a hour, Moses called me for the specifics on what the issues were. Gave me a time the same day, he arrived, very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. Gave me a quote and within a couple of hours we had our system changed out. New motor, springs and rollers. Now with the MyQ app I can control the garage opener from anywhere. Thanks Moses for all your help. We are super pleased with your service. Thanks Curtis

Omri was able to come the next morning . Our garage door would not stay down when closed and he knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw it and was able to fix it right away. We had had a different repair company come 3 weeks earlier and the technician wasn’t sure what the problem was, he seemed to get it working properly but it stopped working 2 days later and couldn’t fix it after numerous attempts. We’re so glad we finally contacted Titan as Omri got the job done properly the first time.

My garage door springs had snapped and I ended up calling Titan Garage doors because of the reviews I saw online. It was a late afternoon when I called but the tech came by same day and was able to help me get my car out of the garage and had new springs installed within the hour. He definitely knew what he was talking about, was professional and courteous. He even took the time to help me diagnose some minor issues and gave me some very helpful advice on how to keep safe and maintain my garage door. He was also done within the hour. 100% would recommend them to anyone I know.
