This company is honestly the very best in the business due to several factors. Quality of work performed, technical/service knowledge, honest professionalism and above all else, very fair pricing. What seemed like a daunting and complicated job to fix a garage door turned into something satisfying to see accomplished through the technician’s experience with past and present garage doors and all the various parts that go along with them. Highly recommended to hire.

Your service technician, Alex, was spectacular and I would definitely call on him again. In fact I believe we will need him for more service work next Spring and will keep the phone number handy.

Moses went above and beyond for us when our garage door broke down. He was able to assess and give an accurate quote that was good for the price. Mind you it was not the cheapest but it was relatively inexpensive of someone having to fix in very short notice. He showed us which parts needed replacing and he was honest about those that did not need replacing as well. From the time calling Titan at 430pm and Moses coming to do the job at 6pm... replacing the pair of bearings and curve door opener, re-winding the pulley and adjusting the spring, checking balance and aligning... all done by 730 pm...well done :-)

From the time I called and talked to Alex until completion of install by Eli, we were extremely pleased to have chosen Titan. This is clearly a family business that cares about its customers and has the experience and knowledge that you need. They offered next day install and our system needed an overhaul as we changed to a LiftMaster 8500W shaft drive from an old chain system. The finished product is super quiet and smooth and well worth the money. Even when faced with some on site problems Eli worked through it and came up with solutions without getting mad or stressed. I highly recommend the opener and this company. Top notch. Thanks Eli Burke Mountain Area

He also explained what he was doing so I would understand it for future reference.. I was very happy with his work and with the price and i will definitely use this company in the future.
