There was as little drywall disturbance as possible and they kept all the drywall pieces so that we could patch them back in. They estimated two days for the install but finished it in one day. They were very friendly and courteous and they came back the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly. We definitely recommend this great company! Aleks was very helpful getting us a quick install date and for scheduling the installer that we requested. Dean & Cory spent a full day on the installation & did an excellent job. The no payment, no interest for a year was a pleasant surprise.

BBBThomson has always done us right - great value, superior equipment & warranties, very professional staff & exceptional customer support. On our last project there was a long delay with a government program rebate being approved. Office staff got involved & followed up, got a technician out immediately to do what was needed to satisfy the conditions of the rebate and, for our trouble, arranged for us to have a complimentary service done on our home. We had lost faith in the company at that point but staff worked tirelessly to restore our faith and then some. We would recommend them to anyone!!

Tankless hot water heaters are great in many ways and it's worth taking the time to understand how to use them since they are different from the older hot water heater tanks.
