BBBThomson was great to deal with starting from the technician that cam out to assess, the admin staff and the technicians that cam out to do the actual work. They were polite, professional and followed Covid 19 protocol. They answered any questions that I had and were fantastic to deal with. I was referred to them from another professional and when I contacted them, I had a great feeling about them from the beginning when dealing with the assessing technician. He really knew what he was talking about and I soon realized that another quote that I had received from another company was someone that was trying to upsell me for a new furnace and all I really wanted was a central air conditioner installed, but after talking with Thomson, he confirmed that I still had a few good years left on my furnace and that it would be a waste to get a new one so I decided to got with them for my central air.........thank you Thomson for being top notch!

BBBI recently had a new high efficiency furnace installed by Thomson Industries. I own a townhouse so their were a few additional considerations that needed to be done to get strata approval, Thompson was extremely professional and helpful in this process. Venting through the roof meant that the pipe had to go through the upper unit above me. Crystal the office manager was very helpful with providing strata all of the necessary information to get strata approval. I would strongly recommend Thomson.

BBBAdmin: Contacted us well in advance to book our annual inspection & service. Made sure that it was early enough in the fall that the minimum temperature requirement to do the heat pump would be met. Let us know that if we needed to change the date to contact them as soon as possible and that they re-book keeping the temperature requirement in mind. Techs: Did our annual maintenance inspection & service on our gas furnace and electric heat pump. Did a great job. Showed up an hour early. Were very thorough and COVID safe. Kept us updated on progress and the reviewed the condition of our system components with us. Another stellar job by Thomson!!

Service guy didn't have my size so I supplied one thinking they would knock a couple bucks off the service cost. No such luck. Service guy had offered to go back to office and get one and drop it off but I thought supplying one seemed much simpler. Next time I'll let him go back to office and supply it. They arrived at the time window they promised, were courteous, and knowledgeable about their product and the process. There customer service department kept us informed regarding appointment, billing and rebate payment process. I would highly recommend Thomson Industries to anyone, in fact have told my neighbour to contact them about his boiler problems

I have met many of the staff and they have all been so friendly and professional and knowledgeable about their jobs and serving their clients. Started when I got a quote agreed to with installation scheduled in 3 weeks . Me furnace died two days later. They rearranged their timing and had a new furnace installed the next day to keep us warm until the rest of the installation could be completed. My parents also had a complete system installed without a worry. Their accounting department even sent people to photograph the installation so we could get our full rebate from BC Hydro. I have recommended Thomson to friends who have had work done by Thomson. All have commented on the great service and professional people they met.
