The community was amazing with the tour between getting hot chocolate after business hours and letting us come into the shop for a quick warm up it was a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend!

TripAdvisorDJ was a great guide on the Ghost and Murder tour in Salida. My kids (11 and 13) loved all the stories and were still talking about the tour the next day and how much they liked DJ. It was fun to learn some history about many of the buildings we have visited in the past. We will certainly never look at them the same way again!

It was a new tour and they are working out a few kinks but the final product will continue to improve. Recommended way to see and experience a portion of Salida.

GoogleWe attended the BV Ghost and Murder Tour with DJ as our guide. We were not only impressed by her knowledge of the local history, but also her excellent storytelling. She also arrived early and led the tour despite the cold and our party of two being the only group to sign up that night.

Who knew that prostitution in Salida didn’t end until 1949! The hour and a half tour went by so fast and left us wanting more!
