I had 3 different jobs to be done and he tackled all of them with confidence and ease. He really knew exactly what had to be done. Austin was very polite, professional, knowledgable, etc. It was a pleasure to have him do our plumbing. Restano Plumbing has very friendly people working for them. BBBA historical perspective: the location of the job site was the Beulah Presbyterian Church historic chapel built in 1837. Heating was done by a double gas furnace unit installed in 1948. I contacted Restano Heating and Cooling because they have been my home furnace a/c provider for a number of years and had performed excellently in all phases of work for me. After an initial inspection of the job site by Mike R******, I was satisfied with the proposed work and the pricing. The deconstruction of the old furnace unit/ductwork and the installation of the new heating system went flawlessly. The new system is compact, works very well and is quiet and easy to control. The workers did additional work cleaning out ductwork in the main sanctuary. This extra touch was much appreciated. I highly recommend Restano for any work. FIVE STAR RATING

GooglePositive: Value Boiler furnace broke in cold weather and they came fast, same day. The unit is very old, but he was able to fix it by replacing several parts. He also gave us options for replacing the whole furnace, but we decided to fix it for now. There was a problem with a leak that showed up about a day after he fixed it, but he came back and replaced one more part and it has worked great since then.

They tested to make sure that no carbon monoxide was getting into the house and determined that the unit didn't need to be red-tagged, but would need to be replaced. They gave me a few options to choose from (lower cost, lower efficiency - higher cost, higher efficiency) so that we could weigh our options. We decided to get the higher efficiency Carrier equipment. We set up the appointment with them and they were out within the week. They sent two techs to install the furnace and condensing unit. They worked through the day. I'm not entirely sure they even took a lunch break. They cleaned up any mess they made, packed up the van, and left once they walked me through what they did and gave me any information I may not have known about the equipment. I highly recommend Restano to anybody looking to replace/service their HVAC or plumbing needs. They will be the first company that we contact in the future if we ever need work done.
