GoogleOur old furnace stopped working. I called 730am. By 8am they had someone out to give an estimate. It was replaced the next day. The workers cleaned up my poor power wiring configuration and gave me an additional power outlet. They better located the condensate pump and provided new pvc drainage pipe. What i really appreciated was the workers looking at my water heater incoming gas line. They replaced it with a more durable product including new valve. Very friendly. Very good at what they do.

They were very good about letting me know what they were doing and why. We use Restano for maintenance as well and are very pleased with the Heating and Ac maintenance. Restano also does gas pool heater maintenance which is important to us.

GoogleOur technician came on a Sunday afternoon to repair a pipe that came undone at the joint and flooded the basement. After completing the repair he was able to identify a problem with my pressure regulator. His ability to identify and repair these issues will prevent future problems that might have been costly and may have caused severe damage to my home. The technician was prompt, curtious and extremely knowledgable. I could not have asked for better service. We called Restano and Rob, the service man came to our house as scheduled. Rob diagnosed the problem and we authorized him to order the new replacement part. After one week the new replacement part was available and Rob returned to repair and test the air cleaner. He gave us a competitive price and repaired our out-of-warranty air cleaner quickly.
