I walked into Precor Home Fitness in Tukwila, looking for something to stretch my Plantar Fascia. I saw the new Octane Fitness Max Trainer. I tried it, and was impressed! It is an incredible workout! The staff offered me a great price in trading in my older machine on the new Octane Max Trainer. I quickly checked out some reviews, and took the machine for a couple test rides! I decided that I needed the Octane. It was delivered two weeks later. It was a great deal! The staff at Precor Home Fitness is great! They treat me professionally, and we get along great! I would recommend visiting them if you are looking for exercise equipment. Their prices are very competitive, and they will let you work out on the equipment before you buy it!

I was looking for a stationary bike. However, I changed my decision and bought Spirit elliptical XE 195 after my interaction with Rick Villarreal. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Rick is a very good trainer as well. I wanted to strengthen my back and he provided some valuable suggestions. I'm glad I met Rick. Just wanted to throw some props out to Jason at the Precor Home Fitness Store in Tukwila. He helped me with my purchase of a spinning bike and was super helpful on not just the product features but also on-line training videos etc. I think his past experience being a Golds Gym Manager gives him a great ability to help customers with choosing the right equipment based on their fitness goals. I also ended up buying some Kettle and Dumb Bells to fill out my home collection and he was super helpful with that as well.

Matt at Precor Home Fitness was very helpful in guiding me to the treadmill that best fit my needs. I was able to trade in my old elliptical, arrange for its pick up and the treadmill delivery at the same time. I love my new machine. I’m on it almost every morning!

First-time home fitness equipment buyer. Shopped three retailers in the area and Precor was far and away the best experience. Scott and Gerard were very helpful, especially for a 50s-something runner who was new to home fitness equipment. Delivery was timely. I bought a floor-model, got a great price, but I did have a mild service issue in the first two weeks. The problem was a manufacturer's issue. The response and support from Precor staff was flawless. I love the Spirit Stepper I purchased. One of the best things I've ever bought. Only reason for not giving 5 stars: it's the only fitness equipment purchase I've ever made, so it's not like I have a huge range of experience to compare. Next time I'm in the market for something like this, Precor will be my first choice.

I visited first the Sand store and was greeting kindly, was given good information in what I was looking for. I then visited the Foothill store and spoke to Clint -- again, great customer service. I went back to the Sandy location only because it was close to home and was ready to purchase the Precor Chrono spin bike -- again, making the arrangements for this, financing and delivery went smooth. I've been to this store years ago for a Treadmill at the time and was very impressed then as I was and satisfied with all I spoke to today. Thank you -- I am loving my new indoor bike!

We purchased an M3 home GM with Utah home fitness approximately three months ago. They were great. They brought it to the house and set it up. Then we added a spin bike(LeMond) and we were looking for another piece. The salesman were very knowledgeable and allowed us to discuss our decision to purchase an octane MTX. Once again UtHah Home Fitness delivered the equipment. Set it up and adjusted the M3 while they were there. Would purchase from them again

Called 2 minutes before closing time just to see if they had a bike mat in stock. Even though I had planned to swing by the next day to purchase it, Heather offered to stay open and wait for me. My experience with this store and it's manager was outstanding. I was in the market for a home fitness gym and had been ignored by the sales people at the first store I went to. I saw that the Precor store had just opened and so I decided to check it out. I am glad I did. Not only is the machine I bought a better product, the service I received both on that day as well as after the sale was outstanding. Wayne the manager of the store couldn't be more friendly and genuinely concerned about understanding your fitness needs. He wants to make sure that you get what you need and that you are fully satisfied with the product. I would recommend him and his store to anyone in the market for fitness equipment. I'd give him more than 5 stars

Dean rocks!!! I am a sales manager and as such know outstanding service when I see/feel it and Dean from the Aurora/Naperville Precor Home Fitness facility is outstanding. I have weight trained most of my life and Dean still taught me a few tricks. He does not sell (which I respect) he help you make the right decision for your needs. Customers just want options because we are more than capable of making the right decision for ourselves, our families and our budget. He is what I call a service professional that knows his field of equipment and is eager to help!!! Shopping with him for personal and corporate equipment was a wonderful experience. Don't waste time going elsewhere because he will provide you with solutions no matter what your budget is because he asks the right questions in order to help you make the very best choice for you!
