I purchased a treadmill from Kevin at the San Mateo Precor location. It was a really great experience. Kevin was super knowledgable about all the equipment in the store. He understood my needs and budget and recommended the best option for me. I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need. The purchase was super straight forward. The treadmill was delivered on time and installed perfectly. I looked into other treadmills that were cheaper, but they often had really horrible reviews, particularly around service if anything went wrong. Buying from a local store, and especially from someone like Kevin, makes me confident in the quality of the treadmill and in the service I'll receive if I do have any problems in the future.

Brian is highly knowledgeable about the Precor Fitness Equipment. I tried a variety of machines for best fit purposes. He answered all my queries without any sales pressures. I ended up with an AMT. It's an outstanding machine. The advance engineering makes for a most versatile workout. Likewise Brian provides spectacular customer service even after purchasing the machine. Simply you can count on Precor and Brian to provide that rare continuum of care service!

Stopped in to check out ellipticals last winter, and was lucky enough to meet Dean, a wealth of information. He provided great info to help us with our first purchase (Precor elliptical and Inspire home gym) and has helped us with several other items since our first stop in. Nice store store with quality products and most importantly great service. This is our go-to place for our fitness needs. Will keep coming back, if only to chat with Dean and see his passion for what he does.

Gerard was awesome! I went to another home fitness store first and really liked their products but the prices were a bit high to me. So we went across the street to Precor because it's a name I know and trust and we bought a stationary bike for about 1/2 the cost of the other place and it's great. Being an older person, I didn't want something so heavy duty - just something to get the job done for me. This bike was a good choice.

My Aunt bought a treadmill from Precor years ago and it lasted over 15 years at about 5 miles per day. We recently bought a cardiac strider to try it out after having a stroke. These guys brought it all the way up to Bellingham! After several weeks it turned out she couldn’t tolerate the level of exercise. They were so understanding and allowed a refund and came and picked it up. The machines they sell are of very high quality and the customer service is exceptional. If I ever want an exercise machine again, I will definitely go to Precor first!

Our experience at Precor's new store in Vernon Hills was extraordinary. Despite being a new store (a month old at the time of my visit) it was really well put together and offered a wide array of home exercise equipment. But, their inventory was nothing compared to the customer service we received. We had the pleasure of working with Wayne who was not only knowledgable about each and every piece of equipment we were looking at, but went above and beyond with his incredibly high level of service: from proactive engagement with their delivery & setup service to earnest follow up with us both before and after the equipment was delivered. I honestly can't recall the last time a sales associate ever called to let me know the status of an order let alone calling me afterwards to check-in just to make sure everything went well. TLDR: Extraordinary customer service coupled with great equipment made our experience a memorable one. If you're looking for home exercise equipment, I can't imagine a better place to go.

Good equipment at good prices for various fitness categories (cardio, bodybuilding, cross-fit and sports specific). Very laid back/casual atmosphere at this store. Great place to stop in and browse without the sales hard press. Heather is great to work with and very knowledgeable on all things fitness.

I went to the Roseville Precor store on 8/6/2018 to view and price their elliptical products. I had been to two other stores prior to my visit to Precor, and was pretty sure I would purchase from one of them. My visit to Precor changed everything. Their representative Rick Villarreal, made my decision easy. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he was truly a professional in every way, from the way he looked and acted to the way he represented Precor and their products. Never once did he tell me I should buy from him and yet I was positive it was the right thing to do. If I was still in business and needed a salesperson, I would have made him an offer. I bought a Spirit 2018 XE 195 elliptical and can't say enough good about it. Very smooth and quiet operation and easy to use. Thanks Rick for being a great human being. I'm better for having met you.

My husband and I went to Precor to look for a home gym system that would meet both our of needs. JT was very helpful and knowledgeable about the various gym systems on hand, and guided us in selecting the best system for us. We purchased the Inspire FT2 - it has many options for strength training and it is a good quality product. We are very happy with it!

Precor Home Fitness is an excellent place. I send my patients here to purchase home exercise equipment, so they can save time and money long-term. Heather helped my mom get some therapy band for continued post-surgical rehabilitation. I also equipped my office with a low-tech fitness area, with kettlebells, dumbells, therapy balls, therapy bands, and balance boards. My patients also love the Precor stretching machine. I highly recommend and encourage everyone consider Precor for all of their fitness equipment purchases.

Entire experience with Precor Home Fitness was great! Sales staff helped me find the best equipment for my needs (and amazingly, without any sales pressure!), delivery and setup of my elliptical was on-time and done very carefully, and Sales followed up to make sure I had no issues after my elliptical was delivered. Can't imagine a better experience and highly recommend Precor Home Fitness! p.s. And love my new elliptical!

Pleasant personal service. The Dublin Store was just great. They were attentive to my questions. The only problem was that I chose to pay an extra $2000 to buy a monitor with TV reception on the elliptical machine. What I learned was that Precor sub-contracts a group based in Chicago, named "Transmotion" to install that part. I tried coordinating what they did with my local "Direct TV" distributor. Technicians from the two companies would just blame the other for why the TV feature could not be installed and why it did not work. Finally, I just gave up. So I lost $2000 for a TV monitor that never worked. My advice.. don't buy the TV monitor. On the plus side, I have been able to get on the internet and use "U-Tube", and that helps me get through my workouts!

I highly recommend that you ask for Christian at the Tukwila PreCor location when shopping for new fitness gear. His product knowledge, salesmanship, and sense of customer service is exceptional. My wife and I recently upgraded our home gym with a new treadmill and dumbbell weight set. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks to Christian, our experience at PreCor Tukwila was better than expected. We’ve rearranged our home gym and are reaping the benefits of working out regularly with great equipment.

I recently purchased the FT2 Functional Trainer, and love it. I'm still learning the most effective way to organize the exercises so as to limit the amount of adjustments. Once I do that, I should be able to get the most out of the equipment. This is my third major purchase of exercise equipment from the Lynnwood, WA Precor Fitness Store, love the people and their support, and wouldn't go anywhere else to shop.
