I was helped loading it in my truck and was able to drive home with it in the back of my Ford F 150 with no issues. I have used my treadmill almost everyday and it works perfect. One of the best purchases I have ever made. Invest in your health and buy from Precor in Tukwilla WA if you want great customer service. GoogleI did a lot of research on these types of bikes prior to going into Precor Home Fitness - Roseville. I was greeted by Rick V. and I explain a little about what I was trying to accomplish. Rick shared his experience in the fitness field and what his experience is with these bikes. I went home to review. The info was helpful and useful. I went back the next day and purchased one from them. They were able to get me one from there warehouse on the next truck and they gave me a great deal! It was a win win for me.

Gerad, the manager, was awesome. He is super knowledgeable and took his time explaining all our options to us and made sure we we're thinking about what would best meet our needs. We paid a bit more than what we expected but still got an amazing deal on a top quality product. Gerad even threw in a mat for us. Our elliptical arrived a couple of weeks ago and we love it. GoogleMy husband and I cancelled our gym membership in January 2019 and realized we could save a bunch of money by having our own fitness equipment in our home. We found Precor Home Fitness in Anchorage, and decided to visit. Clint was welcoming and great at helping us decide on which pieces of equipment we wanted. There was no pressure to buy or anything like that. He helped us stay within our budget. He was able to print off quotes and drawings for us at our first visit. We took home the drawings to make sure the equipment would fit in the space that we wanted to put them. We went back the next day to make a purchase. We ended up with a nice treadmill and the M2 multigym. They even sell foam floor squares for your to put your new equipment on. I'm looking forward to our delivery date! I won't have an excuse to work out now. In the future we will be going to Precor in Anchorage for all of our gym equipment needs. I highly recommend Precor to anyone even thinking about getting fitness equipment.

Brian was very courteous and willing to help me find the machine I needed. Also helpful with any questions later. Made you feel like the customer was important. Thomas and his partner was very efficient and knowledgeable. My Inspire M1 works perfect. If I ever have need for other equipment, I will contact Brian and recommend everyone else do the same.

FacebookEverything went very well, as scheduled. The equipment was set up, assembled and they took ample time to explain it’s operation. But...later, as I was using it, I noticed some squeaks and rattles. Upon closer inspection, I found several nuts were finger tight and and not completely tightened. No problem as I broke out my wrenches and tightened everything up correctly. Bottom line, a little more attention to detail is needed during original assembly to ensure everything is tight and solid. Overall, other than the loose fasteners, a pleasant experience and will recommend Utah Home Fitness.
