I had my mindset on what I wanted, but I didn’t have much knowledge about ellipticals except what I've read online. The guy at Precor really took his time with me & explained all the different types & comfort of each elliptical. I actually left there & went to another store because I wanted to try the one I had my eyes on at Johnson & Johnson. I came right back to Precor just like the guy predicted and purchased my elliptical. I’m 100% satisfied & i'm getting my workout in 5 days a week.

Here is a place where you can try out the equipment even if it is sealed in a package. They are friendly, helpful and know what they are talking about. It is a no pressure experience and one of the sales people, maybe the owner(?) studied kinesiology and trains people so you feel confident that you are getting the best advice. My best friend purchased a water rower there and a hyper volt restorative product and she is happy with those purchases. I can no longer afford my small group training anymore so I am gradually purchasing workout equipment from Precor for my home workouts.

I visited the new Precor Home Fitness store on 106th Ave. in Bellevue today. They have an amazing inventory and I was impressed with the organization and neatness of their store. Jason was very helpful, but not overbearing. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend this store to all that are looking to purchase any type of exercise equipment.

Love my new Precor Elliptical!! Extremely knowledgeable salesperson Paul, who helped us make the decision on which elliptical to purchase. Delivery was on time and very careful and quick. My precor elliptical is so quiet and is much nicer than the one that I was using at my exercise club. A great purchase!!!

Precor has a good sale this past weekend. Our sales representative was Heather. She did an excellent job of reviewing our options on the different Precor ellipticals. Heather thoroughly explained the advantages of the different ellipticals. She created a non pressure environment and provided excellent follow up.

I purchased a reconditioned commercial grade elliptical trainer from Christian at Precor Home Fitness as a post holiday gift to myself. The residential models just didn't have the same smooth motion I wanted. The whole experience was fantastic and they followed through on every promise made during the transaction!! The guys at Precor were able to answer all of my questions about the machine, potential for repair and warranty info. These were important details when buying reconditioned equipment. I love my new machine. I love that the delivery went so smoothly and that it happened when planned. I will return to Christian to make my my next gear purchase!!

Received an elliptical that was mislabeled by Precor, but Chase jumped on it and delivered a new one in a couple of days. I was impressed with how quickly they took ownership of the problem and corrected it.

We had an excellent experience. Brian Hudson did a great job of detailing the options for the bike and the weight machine we ended up purchasing. Not only was the whole purchase process very efficient,but within a week the equipment was installed.

The service in the store was excellent and delivery of our equipment went smoothly. The only negative would be that we were given a 3 hour delivery window. The driver called over two hours early to say that he was 10 minutes away. Luckily we were home!

The treadmill I purchased was brought to my home, assembled, and all wrappings removed. All of the people I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I live 150 miles south of the Salt Lake Valley so this service was huge for me. The equipment I bought was top quality.
