We remembered Brian and he us from a previous sale many years ago in another store. No nonsense, quick, courteous and knowledgeable service. He directed us to the right solution for our needs. Amazingly I heard Brian on a radio advertisement later in the day. Didn’t realize he was famous!

Nice place lots of latest equipments. Loved the roller and massager. My family loved it since we r a family of runners. I went in seeing the ad for hypervolt massager, Mark suggested I try the roller heating that I hv issued with periformis muscle and this was the best suggestion. I feel so much better after using the vibrating fitness roller

The Top Fitness team was terrific. They were patient while it took several months between my first visit when I expressed interest, to an ok Cassio all check in by email to let me know a sale was going on, to full support when I finally pulled the trigger. The team was terrific and the equipment is top notch.

He took the time to compare the features, describe why each one had a different feel, and give background on why some models were more expensive than others. Austan at the Farmington store was a big help. I came in for a machine I was determined to get and he showed a better and cheaper way. I was able to get more for my money and still have a quality machine(Max Trainer) that will hold up under the pounding I will put on it. I am excited for the delivery date which was also quicker than expected. Thanks Austan for the explaining and helping me pick the right machine.

We went to Precor Home Fitness to get a new treadmill. Our current Precor treadmill lasted for 30 years so we wanted to stay with the same quality machine. Dalton was great. He showed us what we needed.

Brian and Jason are the best!!!! I had stopped into the store a month or so ago, as I thought I was interested in a curved treadmill, but I had questions. Jason took the time to really help me assess my fitness goals and whether that was the right match for me, and he even suggested some other options I hadn't even considered. Fast forward a month, and I came back to look again after doing additional research, and Brian and Jason were there. I got a great deal on an air bike, and I know it is going to perfectly fit my needs. They were both exceptionally helpful in both answering questions and going above and beyond wrangling the machine into my vehicle. And they did so with great cheer. I would recommend this shop without hesitation, especially since it is great service minus any pressure. Outstanding experience!

Brian was great to work with. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. The store had a large variety of equipment. We were able to equip our entire home gym from this one place. The only negative was the checkout experience. Their computer system is antiquated and crashed multiple times while doing our large order. We eventually had our sale completed after it was written out by hand. Thank you Brian!

Reece and the store manager are very nice to deal with. Reece spent 10 minutes on the phone with me the prior day to address my questions and I came in today to buy the Mirror, a versatile Nord bench and some accessories. We ran through a Mirror demo and my experience was professional and very instructive in guiding my decision. Not a hard sell style - they truly want you to be happy with your purchases and be an evangelist for them. It worked! I highly recommend this store and team.

I went into Precor hoping for advice - not quite sure what I wanted that would suit my goals and problems. Brian suggested the least expensive piece of equipment that I had requested and had me try it out. He immediately saw the problem with my knee and suggested something totally different. He gave me options and never pressured me to get something I didn't need. He took the time to determine my goals and situation. I left feeling very confident I purchased the correct piece of equipment and can't wait to get started.

We had a marvelous experience at Pretor Home Fitness - Bellevue in no small part because of Brian who helped us every step of the way. We moved recently and the new owners wanted all of our in home gym fitness equipment. We are now in an interim home until our new home is built. We needed a few pieces of equipment and weights/a bench to get us by. After much discussion with Brian and trying many pieces of equipment on for size, if you will, we bought just what we needed for now and identified what else we will need when we have the gym space in our new home. Bottom line, Brian is extremely knowledgable, helpful, honest, candid, delightful and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure we got what we needed in an expedient period of time. We needed to optimize the space we have currently and more importantly, the workout results we want. To that end, we are very pleased!

We have been looking at buying equipment for a VERY long time. After frequent stops at Utah home fitness to look at and test the newest and latest Chase and the whole sales staff never wavered.
