This is our 2nd big purchase at the store in Roseville and both times we were acknowledged and offered help right when we came in. It's always been a pleasant experience working with people there. This time we worked with Eric, who was there helping out for a few days. He was very professional and you could tell familiar with the equipment which made our decision to purchase easier. Precore Hone Fitness is definitely our go to place for exercise equipment as we build our home gym.

Precor Home Fitness in Tukwila is a great place to buy your home workout equipment. My wife and I were assisted by Ken and Daniel at the store on two different days. Both of them took time to answer all of our questions and help guide us to the purchase of a spin bike. It was nice to be helped but not pressured in buying. We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends to go to the store for their workout needs.

I knew what I wanted before I went in the store. It was a process of identifying which product fit my needs best. I was guided through the process with no pressure and had the recumbent bicycle features explained to me. The delivery was “on time” and it was quickly set up and operational. Everyone I visited with was excellent and very professional. They answered all of my questions, made suggestions, added additional information, and did not put pressure on me to purchase a product beyond my needs. I highly recommend, if you need home fitness equipment that you give Utah Home Fitness in Sandy strong consideration.

The knowledge of the individuals who work at both the Butterfield & Aurora location are superior. They were able to talk to me about various different brands and give non-bias information on similar pieces equipment. We worked with an employee and the marketing manager and both were very pleasant to talk with and never pressured us into a purchase. My husband and I shopped around, went to various different retailers and the quality of the equipment was par at most, at top fitness they carry a brand INSPIRE, which in my personal opinion is the best brand for cables I’ve seen out there, it is very sturdy, the cables are smooth, and it provides a very easy and stress free work out. Although we had some hiccups on the delivery aspect, the marketing manager was responsive as to what was going on and why the delay, he followed up personally and did everything in his power to take care of the customer (myself) and you don’t see that from many retailers. He then called a few days before our actual delivery day and got it scheduled sooner (which was a very pleasant surprise). We also purchased our water rower from top fitness and obviously a great product and very competitive pricing! We also purchased a few other small miscellaneous items and are very pleased. In the future I’ll be looking for a few more pieces of cardio equipment and I will definitely bring my business back to Top Fitness!
