Excellent location and great customer service. We wanted an elliptical for our basement and Dalton was amazing from the time we walked into the store. He took the time to understand our requirements and showed us the product/s which best suited our needs. We did not buy right away but did our research in the area and online. Based on our experience with this store, their pricing and the product itself...we ended up buying a Precor elliptical from Dalton. Feel very happy with our decision...keep up the good work.

I was looking to buy a dumbbell set for my garage gym and Mark was extremely helpful!! I was at work and was contacting him through email. He was very prompt and courteous! I was able to get exactly what I needed with no hassle and it was very simple! I was able to pick up my items from the store and if he did not have a couple of the dumbbells on hand they would be there for me to pick up in a couple days. Very easy, great price and extremely friendly!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

Following several weeks of research to replace my existing bench, I could not be happier with the Inspire SCS bench I recently purchased from your store. The customer service from Jonathon was outstanding. I appreciated the time he took to initially find out what my needs were and then to explain and demonstrate the features of the various benches available. I visited the store a second time and Jon was equally as accommodating. Once purchased, the assembly of the bench went very quickly & smoothly and is a credit to the way the bench is packaged and the straightforward printed instructions (the hardware for each step was packaged separately so there was no need to sort through numerous bolts, nuts and washers to find the required sizes - CLEVER!). Also, all the tools needed to assemble the bench were included! The bench is rock solid - no shakes or wobbles. The back rest and seat are very comfortable and adjustments can be made very quickly and securely. I spent a little more on this bench then I initially intended to but based on the performance and features, ease of assembly, lifetime home warranty and comparison to other benches, I know I made the best decision purchasing the Inspire bench and I will be returning to your store the next time I will be adding equipment to my home gym.

Brian, the GM, is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were in looking for a treadmill and he was super helpful, full of good detailed information not only about treads but everything else we asked about as well. No pressure whatsoever, he is more interested in helping people get healthy vs making a sale and it shows.

Store location and accessibility was very convenient for us. The selection of equipment was more than expected along with things I didn't know existed. We settled on one of the recrumbert bikes that fit our needs, both being 62 we needed something somewhat safe. The next day, Monday, I ordered the bike for pick up on the following Friday, I missed the cut off time for shipment for that week, Keith was able to contact the warehouse which it was shipping from and had it added to the delivery truck. Whee...just made it. Thank you Keith for all you're efforts. We picked up the bike on Friday and Keith and Tristen were there to help load the bike, they were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with the various equipment. Overall the equipment seems to be well made, shopping at Precor was a great experience.

Jason was awesome from the time I walked in the store through the post sale follow ups. The delivery contractors were fast, efficient and professional. I have used my Spirit treadmill every day since delivery and outside of minor belt adjustments, it works like a champ!! I would definitely recommend this model! While shopping, I had a couple undesirable interactions with other stores, but my experience with Precor Home Fitness in Tukwila knocked it out of the park!!

I recently purchased a rower from Too Fitness Store to add to my home gym and compared multiple models Concept 2, Water Rower, Hydrow, and Cascade magnetic rower. It was nice to be able to try them all out prior to making the final decision. Nothing like “test driving” your equipment. Buying directly online does not afford you that opportunity, nor do you get any added expert advice, which helped me make a final decision. Both gentlemen at Top Fitness Store are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest in their opinions. They are fitness enthusiast and trainers, so they have that component to bring to the table as well. Paul was assisting me from the start and went out of his way to help me through the whole process of decision-making, making sure I could take advantage of the Black Friday sale, and facilitating the delivery of the rower. Prior to fully committing to buying any rower, I went to another fitness store up North, to try a similar rower to the Cascade, the Matrix (a brand that Top Fitness didn’t carry), only to be pressured and rushed into buying one on the spot - given the “hard sell” by the salesperson there. The total opposite of what I experienced from Paul. They have a multitude of high end fitness equipment to fill any commercial or home gym and are just really “good people”!

No sales pressure here, just a sincere interest in making sure I get exactly what I want and need from my equipment. In this case, I purchased a Water Rower and Keith was friendly, patient and knowledgeable when answering the 1000 questions I had about models, warranties, reviews and user experience. He even made sure to let me know about extending my warranty coverage (for free) by registering with the manufacturer. Overall, I had zero qualms about purchasing the rower on the spot.
