Precor, especially Eric made this process as easy as it could possibly be. After a horrendous experience with another exercise equipment company, and ultimately having to cancel our order, we walked into Precor and Eric helped show us all the different treadmill options. We didn't feel pressured at all, and ordered one later that day from Eric. During the busy holiday season, our treadmill was delivered in less than 10 days. The delivery team called us when they were 30 min out, arrived on-time, set-up the treadmill, tested it out and then were gone within 30 minutes. I'm impressed. Highly recommend Precor!

Tim is a wonderful sales person. Informative and attentive to my needs. I truly appreciated is that there was no pressure. I came to the store 5 different times to test and retest the bikes and they allowed me the space to make my decision. The other person that was new at the time was also following in Tim's footsteps. I hope the Top Fitness Store does well in Highland. I will highly recommend people to shop there to get the higher quality exercise equipment.

Shannon took his time with us and thoroughly explained the differences and benefits of all the elliptical machines we were looking at. We actually went to the store twice and he was very patient with no pressure to buy. He guided us through space and ceiling height requirements without us having to go home and measure. Great experience all around!!

Excellent service! Highly recommend Mark! I came to Precor to learn more about some exercise equipment we are considering. I arrived at 15 min to closing but Mark didn’t object, no pressure. After considering my health drivers Mark recommended some different tools, less expensive than what I’d originally considered, and spent 30 minutes letting me try them. We bought 2 and are very happy. Really appreciated his knowledge and customer-centric approach.

Great experience at the Farmington Utah Home Fitness store. Nice selection of top of the line equipment. Salesman Devin Bailey answered all our questions with zero pressure. I totally recommend this business, and especially Devin, to anyone in the market for high end home fitness equipment.

Just went in to try out a couple of models of water rowers and see if I'd prefer a monorail or a dual rail. Brian Smith was wonderfully helpful - he set us up with different models to try, gave us space and time to consider them, and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Thanks to his help I felt confident buying a water rower, and we were able to get it home and set it up in the same day. I will absolutely be recommending Brian and Precor to anyone I know who needs exercise equipment.

Highest marks! Quality equipment, fair prices, real expertise. We would certainly recommend Utah Home Fitness in Sandy to our friends and family. Chase, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable about specific machines as well as having expertise in fitness training. He was pleasant, respectful, answered all of our questions, and applied no pressure. We feel he negotiated a good price for us, and went above and beyond in working to get us timely delivery. Chase appeared only interested in getting us what WE needed. We couldn't be happier with his service.

After having a total knee surgery and attending physical therapy, once I was able to spin the bicycle crank a full 360 degrees, my PT wanted me on an exercise bike 2X daily. So, in searching online and my PT recommending the Precor brand of upright, I came across Precorhomefitness.com and clicked on the chat feature. Eric Thompson, one of their store managers immediately answered and we talked brands and models. As I continued my search and narrowing it down to two bikes, I asked Eric if they had both of them in stock and they did. He said that it would be 7 - 10 days to receive delivery, including 2-3 days to process and ship. Being as I needed a bike quickly for my recovery, I slept on it over night and looked into all the options I could find for the quickest delivery. The next day, I contacted Eric and said If he could expedite the processing and delivery that I would purchase. Eric contacted their closest warehouse and emailed me saying if I was ready to purchase, he could guarantee shipment the next day. Based on this I placed my order with Eric to which he immediately confirmed with a sales receipt and stating it would ship next day. The following day came and sure enough, I get an email from Eric with the tracking information. On business day 4 from then, my brand new Precor UBK635 exercise bike is delivered and placed in my garage with absolutely no shipping damage! Thank you Eric Thompson for a great purchase experience and for you doing everything you did to make this happen quickly for me!
