GoogleFantastic customer service! I went in to try out rowing machines. Brian and Tye were very helpful and attentive, but very low pressure to sell which was just what I needed. After a day to contemplate, I came back and purchased a machine from them and the process was extremely simple, quick, and very helpful. I highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in exercise equipment!

I had a pleasant and informative exchange with Tyler who assisted me in finding the right piece of equipment for my particular fitness goals and needs. Tyler works at the Bellevue store and is an excellent resource in assisting with making the right purchase. I did purchase a machine very similar to the Bowflex Max Trainer which seems to meet my needs even better. I tried several different machines and feel that with Tyler's input, product knowledge and fitness expertise, I was guided in the best possible direction for me. GoogleToday I bought the Spirit XT385 treadmill. Probably the best warranty in the industry which is an indicator of quality. Jordan was the sales rep and floor manager who facilitated the sale. He actually emailed me a quote to include installation and applied a generous military discount. After testing out the treadmill and meeting Jordan he closed the deal in 5 minutes and told me to call him personally if I ever have an issue or questions. How can you beat that?! Ask for Jordan. You won’t be disappointed.

GoogleEvery sales person has been great at this store letting me go in and test equipment. They are helpful in helping me finding right machines for me. They take time to compare models with me. I have bought about 3 large pieces of equipment from them but I like to buy the smaller stuff too. They are patient every time I come in to look even thought they still know I’m trying to decide. The only draw back fpor them is the 3 week delivery issue but that is good for me because I would do a more impulse buying if I could have it delivered within days. Thank you Utah Home Fitness.

GoogleMy father and I purchased a couple of exercise bikes from Top Fitness Store and it was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Shannon Hilbrands, was very helpful and knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of the various models, making sure the warehouse had what we wanted, checking for sales prices, etc. A store rep called each of us the day before delivery to let us know the window when we could expect delivery, and the delivery guys showed up right on time, hauled away the old equipment we wanted removed, and got everything assembled quickly and professionally. In my case, I initially refused delivery because the box had been damaged at the warehouse (it might have been fine, but I figured better safe than sorry). The store had a replacement bike out to my house still well within the original delivery window. I bring that up not as a complaint (stuff happens), but to illustrate that if you do have a problem, my experience is that these folks will do their best to fix the issue. That's good customer service, and I think that's worthy of recognition.
