Alberto Mejia! We were having trouble with our spirit treadmill. Owner error maybe or intermittent electrical problem. Alberto went over the machine to make sure everything was in working order, then showed me how to use it properly. Thank you Alberto!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in knowing we were in the market for an elliptical. Had some basic research under the belt. I really liked the fact, that you can go in get a feel for the equipment. Trying the different ranges of the ehlipticals. As well, having someone to answer the question we had. Made the experience much more personable. Daniel was a big help in every way. Such a big help in my decision making process. And very accommodating with my needs. You don't always find this level of service when you are older and walk with a cane!! Thank you so much Daniel Johnson. So I bought the perfect recumbent bike for me. I rode the bike for two days and then the left pedal bar disengaged from the body of the bike. I called Daniel right away and he got in touch with a repairman who came to my house the next business day which was Monday. Alberto checked the whole bike. The pedal had not been properly tightened. he put on another brand new bar and tightened both pedal bars. I have had no other problems. Loving my bike. Thank you to Precor, Daniel and Alberto for great customer service.

The store has an excellent selection of exercise equipment and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive, particularly if you can catch a sale, and compare favorably to online outlets. Nothing beats being able to see, and even try out, a piece of equipment in person.

Jordan is extremely knowledgeable about all the PreCor Ellipticals my husband and I were interested in purchasing.. He was very “laidback” and did not pressure us in any way. He asked us questions and gave his pinion when warranted. We ended up purchasing a very high end elliptical. When it arrived at our home it was unusable. He went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up with a refurbished model and our so happy with his professionalism with the return and then repurchase. He was kind and accepted our decision without trying to talk us into the same model at the same price. He made phone calls and made out PreCor purchase pleasant. We highly recommend Jordan!

Mark was incredible. He’s very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into buying an equipment. At first, I did express to him my concern with the prices being too high for what I planned on spending for an elliptical. He still continued to help me. At the end, he sold me on an elliptical. He’s very professional and had great customer service. Highly recommend coming to Prefor home fitness. Make sure you look for Mark, who’s the store manger there.

I just got my ZeroRunner delivered today! I’m so glad Daniel helped me with deciding on the right model and got me a great deal too. His concern for what I was looking for instead of trying to convince to buy the most expensive model was refreshing. We were then able to set up a delivery date for just a few days from now. He was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Awesome experience purchasing a stationary bike, trying them out in the store, getting advice. Delivery was right on schedule and on time. Now I'm enjoying riding every night, watching virtual bike tours on my iPad, which sits perfectly on the machine. Only down side is that the Precor Bike comes with a manual that describes how to assemble and maintain the bike, but does not describe how to use it - how to set the controls, etc. I have no idea, and can only guess.
