Dennis not only gave us a detailed explanation of the equipment but after we made the purchase we also made a friend! He and Robin made our day! Susan went way beyond to get me the Teeter LT3 into and installed in my Town House. I went to two other equipment businesses first, but Precor was the only one willing to look it up and make an order. Its a perfect machine for my knee replacements (range of motion) since I can't rotate a bike. With that said, why would you go anywhere else? Blessings always

Daniel and Ixchelle were both great to work with. I went in with an idea of what I wanted for a home gym and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. They provided dimensions of every machine I looked at, also I was able to try out all the equipment I was looking at purchasing. I feel like what I paid was a fair price for the equipment I purchases. I also purchased in home delivery/installation. I highly recommend this service, as they set up my equipment in a very timely and professional manner. I will continue to use Precor in Tukwilla for gym equipment.

Matt made the time to learn what we wanted to achieve from the water rower and then selected four options for us to consider. He verified the product features as he moved it in position for us to ‘test drive’ i joked with him about hauling off the malfunctioning bike when the rower was to be delivered…and he very professionally committed to inquire whether they would be able to do so. Lastly, since the purchase was made after the warehouse and delivery service had closed, he said he’d follow with us early the next morning on a firm delivery time and date. And he fulfilled that service commitment. Just a great experience at every touch point. Thank you.

The store has an excellent selection of ellipticals, treadmills, rowing machines and other exercise equipment. We were helped by Lori who is very knowledgeable and patient. She listened to our needs and helped us select an elliptical unit that compliments our exercise regime. We never felt rushed or pressured. Lori also impressed us with her after sale follow-up to insure that the installation of the elliptical went smoothly. We highly recommend Lori and Precor Home Fitness and will definitely return for future exercise equipment.

You get what you pay for. This is our second piece of equipment from Utah home fitness. After several cheaper pieces, we finally decided to buy quality exercise equipment. We’ve been extremely pleased with an elliptical that with used and abused for several years. We recently bought an Inspire FT2 functional trainer. It’s extremely good quality. Solid steel, smooth movement, quality leather. It seems like it will hold up for years to come.
