I worked with Jeremiah who sold me a WaterRower. He was very personable, respectful, answered all of my questions and handled my transaction very quickly. GoogleI was shopping for a treadmill on a Sunday; Top Fitness/Downers Grove was my last stop. Alexis M was very helpful in explaining the difference in the basic models, w/no sales pressure. There was a sales promotion ending that same day, but I told Alexis I had to go home & measure to be certain that the Spirit model would fit perfectly in my home. She said if I called back the next day, the sale price (including free delivery & set-up) would be honored over the phone. When I called to confirm the sale on Monday, Gared was very helpful, wrote my sale over the phone & said my Thursday delivery would be confirmed on Wednesday. On Wednesday I got a call saying my 3 hour window for delivery was 7-11am. On Thursday morning at 6:50am, the driver called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. The crew of 3 arrived promptly at 7am, & knew exactly what they were doing for the treadmill set-up; they were very nice & professional; in less than 1/2 hour, I was up & running. Thank you, Top Fitness, for a wonderful shopping experience where my total spent was approximately $1500 for my new treadmill & a mat.

I appreciated being welcomed as soon as we entered, given time to look around without being followed, encouraged in our fitness journey, and the sharing of ideas as we pursue a home gym area. We will definitely visit this location again. You DO NOT get this level of service at the big box stores.

GoogleI originally went into this business to buy a pair of adjustable dumbbells from power block. I actually found them on the Facebook marketplace, they were not on sale but in stock which was hard to find at the time. When I contacted Max he said that he will have them ready for me the next day when I got there. I showed up and went through the checkout process but at the end of the checkout process we could both realize that the prices have increased substantially without either of our knowledge. Max being the standup guy that he has told me that he would sell them to me at the price that he quoted me before I got to the store. It’s hard to find that type of service these days. As a direct result of his honest way of doing business I came back later that day and spend a lot of money on a brand new shiny Precor TRM661 treadmill. It was more than three times what we were planning on spending but I built up the trust and relationship with Max and quite frankly wanted to do business with him because I trust in him. I often buy a lot of things from amazon.com these days, but an experience like the one that I had today reminds me just how important specialty retailers like this actually are.

They answered all of my questions and never pressured me. I would go back to buy more equipment but they guaranteed me the bike I bought has a ten year warranty so I don’t imagine having to make many trips back.
