GoogleI recently purchased a EFX 245 Precor Elliptical machine from Utah Home Fitness (UHF) in Sandy. Clint, my sales consultant, provided me with the information I needed in a professional and patient manner to help me decide which machine would best help me achieve my fitness goals at the age of sixty-nine with bad knees. The machine is fitness center quality and very easy on my joints (knees). I looked at the other brand of Machines at Scheels. Compared to Precor, the other brands appeared cheaply made. UHF beat the internet prices with free assembly, delivery and other added value. UHF assembled and delivered the equipment with in one week. The delivery technicians lost the rear end caps; however, Clint personally delivered and installed the end caps the next day after I called him concerning the matter. Great follow-up! UHF sells high quality fitness products in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Clint and UHF for your fitness equipment and supplies.

Not only does Top Fitness carry really good equipment, the staff (I worked with Alexis and Gerad) are so knowledgable about the stuff they sell and are really helpful in answering questions. What I really like was the no hard-sell approach. At other stores, I either had someone on me from the second I walked in or couldn't get helped at all. At TF, they let me try the machines at my pace, and they answered the questions I had, rather than trying to sell me on or push any particular piece of equipment. It was a great experience all around. I'm pretty well set now, including the flooring I bought, but if I need anything else, I'm going there first.

While I have a Peloton Bike, Peloton Tread+, and Tonal, incorporating rowing would be new for me. In addition, Matt was helpful in brainstorming different options regarding how to fit a rower into my dedicated workout room. In the end, I decided to go with Hydrow and feel confident that I made the right decision. At no point in the process did I feel high-pressured by Matt, but rather a consultative experience.

GoogleI was looking for the PERFECT recumbent bike and fortunately I went to Precor Home Fitness in Dublin. They have a great range of equipment, a very attentive staff and Tristan to supervise, which he does exceedingly well. I soon chose the Spirit XBR25 Recumbent bike. It was delivered a couple of days later, by a good crew, who rapidly assembled it. And when I started to ride it, I realized that I could not have made a better choice than the XBR25 or Precor/ Tristan.

GoogleAfter I completing cardiac rehab, I was looking for a specific type of exercise machine that was difficult to find, especially refurbished. I contacted Precor Fitness in Tukwila. Ixchelle helped me and after awhile she found one. It was the perfect machine called a cardio-strider, especially designed to help recover strength from cardiac events.( in my case an aortic valve replacement). Not being very technically- savy, I needed a lot of help. (a real understatement) Xchelle went way beyond when I was struggling. She came to my house to show me the features because they don't usually have one on the floor. I could call anytime and she would get the answers for me. So if you are looking for some cardio machines for seniors, let her help you look. It may take a while, but it is worth the wait to get a good machine. I love my machine and feel confident that if a problems arise, there is always someone there to help me through it. Thank you Xchelle for going above and beyond.

I’ve used this bike in gym (Chrono) and was going to go with the Spinner shift because the price of the Chrono is a thousand dollars more. After he hung up with him and had all my questions answered, he told me the one I had originally wanted was on sale. So, I got the better of the 2, the Spinner Chrono. He went above and beyond. I’ve been shopping for a spinning bike for a while including Peloton and I went with this bike for many reasons … mostly due to the fact the handle bars can move from front to back as well as up and down. This was by far the best customer service experience compared to other shops including Peloton. Thank you and I’m gonna really enjoy this!!!

Not only do they sell the industry best treadmills, this location has one of the best customer service providers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Dylan is also the manager , but he informed us about the various treadmills they offered, pros and cons, and let us make the ultimate selection. He was professional and pleasant and even after the sale continued to be a resource for questions. I can’t recommend this store enough for any exercise equipment needs.

Specifically, a week after purchasing an elliptical, Reece PROACTIVELY called me to share that the elliptical had just gone on sale, and they wanted to make sure that I received the new sale price, which was a great savings. GoogleWent into this store a few weeks ago to get quotes for a home gym. Reece was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products I was looking at (squat rack, cable machine and weights). He was very thorough when pricing out every item that would be needed to make our goal come to life. Once we had quotes in hand, I went home to measure out the room and verify it would fit and not look overcrowded. Top Fitness does have the equipment to do this on site, but I was at the beginning stages of figuring out what all could fit and what we wanted. After some research and discussion, my husband and I returned to the store to get a cable machine and test out some treadmills. This time Dan helped us. He helped us understand the differences in treadmills and their pricing points so we could make the best decision for us. He did this all while juggling other customers at the same time. We never felt like we had to hunt him down, he was extremely attentive. We ended up ordering everything that day. We cannot wait for the delivery and install this week! I would confidently recommend their store to anyone looking for a home gym. I have already told all our friends about the service we received here!
