My experience was great. Joe listened to me and helped me to understand the equipment that I wanted and the equipment that was most beneficial to my needs. Joe even showed me how to use the equipment. He allowed me to test the equipment. Robin was also very helpful at the end of my transaction. She walked me through the process and explained each step of the purchase and delivery. Joe and Robin are both professional, knowledgeable and patient. In other words, the customer service is awesome! Thank you so very much! 😊

Professional and efficient service. Jennifer was a very kind and friendly sales representative. She was awesome !!! Listened to what we wanted and needed. She found the best solution. Wasn’t looking to purchase today but she showed us exactly what we needed. The store was clean and easy to shop. If we ever need any other equipment this is the place we’d shop again.

Nicest staff at Precor in Walnut Creek. All kinds of equipment big and small to help keep in shape. They have a great stationary bike that can fit in a small den or a corner of your garage!

Joshua is the new manager of the Walnut Creek store. He has been very friendly and answered all of my questions which is why I decided to purchase a piece of Inspire equipment from them. I also purchased rubber floor tiles to cover my entire garage. When the installation crew was here yesterday, the types of tiles was not correct so we could not finish the floor. I let Joshua know and he personally came over to deliver the tiles and help me place them so everything was finished right away. That is what excellent customer service looks like. I had one other minor issue and Joshua jumped in to correct that immediately and without questions as well. I recommend this store, as well as Joshua, because you can feel confident that you will get a good product and if any issues come up then someone is there to help you.

My wife and I were in the market for an elliptical, as well as a weight machine that had lots of exercise station options. Alexis was an outstanding sales consultant. She took the time to listen to our needs, asked great questions, made some suggestions, and ultimately we ended up with the equipment that suits our needs and desires. Never pushy, always very educational in her approach - she helped us do what we always like - to make an educated purchase, rather than be "sold" something that may or may not meet our needs. Delivery team was prompt, respectful of our walls and ceilings, and professional. All around, a great experience. Would definitely recommend Top Fitness, and especially Alexis to help make your selection.

We visited a few stores around the salt lake area to find a good Elliptical Machine for our home gym. Most stores lacked selection, range of quality, and payment options. Utah Home Fitness put everything else to shame and we found a great PRECOR elliptical with a really reasonable 0% interest payment plan. Thanks again Clint!

I was shopping for a commercial Recumbant, the ones you see at the average box store just seem to cheeply made, and I had so many issues that I ended up wasting time and having to return the most expensive one I could find that I thought would provide the quality I needed and take a good beating daily. For these reasons I decided to go with commercial grade equipment. Dealing with the sales rep at Top Fitness was amazing. This is my first purchase of commercial Workout equipment. She was extremely helpful, and made sure that all my questions were addressed before the sale. There was zero pressure to purchase, which was a relief compared to some pf the places that pester you when you are shoping for what is a moderately expensive investment. I found the prices here to be the best I could locate, and shipping was free. Ask for Erica, they should realy gove her a promotion based on the effort she puts into making sure the client is happy!

I purchased a set of rubber dumbbells, a dumbbell rack, a bench and some kettlebells. The associate I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very friendly and helped me load everything thing into my car (actually, he did most of the work). They had an amazing selection and unfortunately now I want to go back and spend more money. Everything I wanted was in stock and available to take home right away. The prices were in line with the other companies I had looked into and I feel were certainly fair and reasonable. I would recommend go to Top Fitness for nice high quality gym equipment.
