I had a great experience purchasing a Precor treadmill from Top Fitness. Matthew did an excellent job at talking us through all the different models and options with patience and friendliness. At no point did we feel pressured to buy but he took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. Delivery and assembly were also done on time and correctly. They took the time to level and adjust the treadmill in our home. The Precor treadmills are top of the line. This is the second one we’ve purchased. The first is 19 years old and has required no maintenance but it was handed down to one of our kids. We’ve purchased several other pieces of home fitness equipment from other fitness stores and this has been the most pleasant so far. By the way, we got an excellent deal on it and was comparable to what we paid 19 years ago! Can’t beat that!

The sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I told them my budget and never felt pushed to go beyond it and ended up with a treadmill that exactly fits my needs and tons of useful information. Highly recommend!

The team and Top Fitness did a great job recommending equipment and we are really glad we wound up working with them on a fairly big purchase.

We were looking for an elliptical and decided on Precor. We found Precor Home Fitness in Tacoma. Megan greeted us quickly and helped us pick the right model for our needs. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have a full line of ellipticals so we could try each model. The elliptical we chose was in stock and delivered on-time. The delivery team did a great job of assembly, set-up, and clean-up. We had a great experience from start to finish.We highly recommend Megan and Precor Home Fitness!

I worked with John (who also goes by JT) who helped us pick the right treadmill for my family. We had an amazing experience with him. He was always available to chat with me even during his day off (which I didn't know before I called him). He really took the time to understand my situation and recommended an excellent treadmill that would work for my runner husband and also for me to walk without hurting my back. He recommended a treadmill that had cushioning to support my back, side bars to help with chronic balance issues that I was worried about and he took time and effort to explain how I could keep the treadmill in excellent condition for years to come. We are second time customers here and have always had the most amazing experience with Precor Fitness/now Top fitness store. The people working here really care about their customers and go above and beyond to deliver.

Clay was knowledgeable and helpful throughout our elliptical search. I know his job is sales, but I never felt like I was “being sold” on anything. Clay was there to answer our questions and guide us through our trials of different elliptical brands and models. He worked efficiently, but was patient with us throughout our visit and during numerous phone calls with questions trying to decide on the best option. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Will look to Top Fitness first for our future equipment wants/needs!
