I purchased an elliptical from this location and the experience was great! When I arrived, I only intended to shop around and price units to compare. The sales approach was fantastic! I was asked a few questions in regards to what I was looking for and I was shown several pieces of equipment that fit my description. My questions were answered and then I was left to check out the pieces and encouraged to try them out. There was no hovering and no pressure! When I made my decision to purchase, the process was very simple and fast! Before I knew it, I was the owner of a new elliptical machine! I can't say enough about the two associates that were at the location, simply they were great! The delivery crew was also great! They were presented with a hairpin turn into a hallway that forced them to disassemble the unit so they could make the turn. Although the install was a little challenging, they were very professional, taking the necessary time to install the unit correctly without complaint. Thank you gentlemen! I will return to this location for all of my workout equipment needs. This is a definite go to spot!

Clint is fantastic, and so helpful! He’s very knowledgeable on all of the equipment. I ordered new rubber flooring and over $10K of equipment and I’m very happy with it! Clint also came out and taught us how to use all of the equipment, and he was so patient. I will bring all of my future business to Clint and Utah Home Fitness! Mike Newton

This was my first purchase at Top fitness Store. Joshua and Daiton (I hope I spelled his name right) were really friendly and had a great customer-oriented approach. I bought Powerblock Exp with stage 1 & 2 from them. Joshua also offered some discount on it. Joshua had a day off. After I called him, he was quick to come to the store and help me with my purchase as I had talked to him a couple of days ago. However, I don’t support anyone working on their day off. I appreciate it, Joshua. They both are very professional and helpful. I look forward to shopping and getting more equipment from them for my outdoor gym. I had a great experience with Top Fitness. I needed a big set of dumbbells to add to my home gym. Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry and gave me a great deal! Anthony worked with me at the Salem store, and he was extremely professional and helpful. He even loaded the dumbbells into my car himself. Top Fitness has a beautiful showroom and top notch equipment. Thank you guys, I will be back!

This place is great. Way better than trying to order online. Sales person was a huge help and did their best to get me best price available. I was able to get the product delivered and installed the same week I purchased. The product came with missing parts pieces and they sales person promptly provided the missing items. I even discovered after a week or two that one of the weights from the stack was missing and they promptly scheduled someone to come out and install the missing weight. Couldn’t get customer service like this online. I highly recommend this place if they have the equipment you’re looking for.

Went to get a dumbbell 5-50 dumbbell set and weight rack. William walked be through some options. I had previously found a deal on line for a combo set with a bench that cost less than what was on the floor. He found an even better deal that knocked a hundred off what I was previously looking at. The rubberized dumbbells where good quality and the rack was reasonable for the price. I don't need the bench, so I haven't unpacked it. So far, I have been very happy with whatever I have purchased from this store.

It’s a good place for group workout sessions. You try to push yourself for better body fitness in the 1 hour long session. The coaches are amazing and they help correct our posture on the weight floor.

Great showroom, it’s nice to be able to try out multiple models and make a decision based on factors that i would t have thought of at warehouse clubs or online. Friendly sales team allowed us the time to decide, and weren’t pushy in any way.
