Went here to buy a spin bike. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and explained all of the options well. Found us the best equipment at a fair price and was able to have ti delivered within 3 days which is not to shabby.

I enjoyed not having a pushy sales person when I was looking but when I needed questions answered, he was available and very knowledgeable. While I looked at other places, to compare prices, they were cheaper BUT the quality was also cheap. You get what you pay for and these guys were still price competitive for the top quality items to choose from.

I went to buy an incline bench. Bryan Webb showed me all the benches and patiently answered all my questions. He even offered to assemble and drop off the bench to my house. I then asked him a lot of questions around other fitness equipment and Bryan talked me through the pros and cons of each type of equipment. I’m definitely going to be returning to this store to buy more equipment.

I am building out a home gym and I am so glad I came to Top Fitness! The manager, William helped me come up with a plan and was FANTASTIC to work with. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We went to this store during memorial day weekend to investigate treadmills and purchase, if we found the right one. Rudy was the Sales Associate who attended on us. I had lots of questions so that I could truly find a treadmill that would truly fit my situation. I can't say enough about this store or about Rudy. I was grilling him with questions, all of which he answered very patiently and even elaborated helpfully with additional background, when I didn't seem entirely convinced. Once I had narrowed down the choices, I subjecyed Rudy to a lot of very specific questions regarding each machine. There was a wide price difference between the three, but to Rudy's great credit, he never once tried to upsell me towards the more expensive model. He patiently answered all my questions, pointed out the pros and cons of each, and let me make my own decision. I did end up buying a Precor treadmill, which was discounted generously for the memorial day weekend. Once the sale was concluded, Rudy clearly explained the delivery process, which included assembly as part of the sale. It turned out exactly as he had described! One day prior to delivery, I got a call from the delivery company giving me a 3 hour window for delivery the next day, between 8:30am to 11:30am. Sure enough, the next day, I received a call saying they were 10 min away and in fact arrived in 8 minutes! They were there barely 30 minutes during whih time, they removed an old machine, brought in and assembled the new one, and walked me through the basic operation, after which they handed me a detailed manual. They also carried awsy the packaging the new machine came in. All through, they were very pleasant and very easy to communicate with. I've been using the treadmill for 4 days now and recommend it very highly. It's everything it was purported to be and then some. I would also highly recommend The Top Fitness Store - Cupertino and Rudy, the Sales Associate who attended on us. It is a very spacious and well arranged show room with lots of choices and very friendly and professional associates who don't try to upsell which to me would've been an instant turn off. We have gone to Precor twice for equipment, and both times, Daniel took great care of us. Low pressure sales, friendly environment, totally unintimidating for us non fitness buffs. Delivery was easy, and we paid for setup. The folks they sent to assemble the equipment were polite and quick! We're really pleased.

Clint is always great to work with and has helped me over the years with all my fitness equipment. His recommendations are spot on with my needs. Just had delivered a complete gym package for my new St George home and everything, especially the new flooring, looks and works great. His install crews were the best and didn’t miss a detail. Great place to do business. We came to check out the recumbent cycles. The staff was very helpfull and knowledgable. Ixcelle showed us the inventory and answered all our questions on equipment performance, price and after purchase services. We walked out having bought a unit for a great price and happy to have done busness with this establishment. We will return to purchase more as needed.

My full experience with Top Fitness was outstanding.
