Cannot say enough about the great service at this store. I arrived early, not knowing when they opened, and after noticing the hours was preparing to leave when a nice young man opened the door and asked if he could help me then invited me in anyway. I mean..who does that? Wow. This is an example of the type of manners I write about in my book, “Manners Will Take You Where Brains and Money Won’t: Wisdom From Momma and 35 Years at NASA” - yes, it really can be that simple as a commitment to supporting a customer vs being a stickler for a “rule.” I am now a loyal customer for life!!

Jesse was a great help with aiding me and my wife on purchasing a treadmill. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and steered us in the correct path with a variety of information on each product that fit our range. Informative, patient, and did not try to force an upsell on us. Would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for fitness equipment.

Stopped in to get some dumbbells and left with a half rack, bench, weight rack AND the dumbbells. The prices were too good not to upgrade! And Dan and David were super helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Top Fitness has provided us with excellent products and service over the years. They are knowledgeable, honest, courteous and always have our best interests in mind. It is easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly but you can really tell a company's philosophy when things don't go as planned. Through no fault of their own, we had a few issues that took some time to resolve and Precor, Will, who is the manager, JT, Harvey and the rest of the staff stepped up to the plate , gave timely follow ups and made sure everything was finally resolved. I highly recommend Top Fitness . I would give them a 10 star review if I could.

I have always been pleased with the service I get from Utah Home Fitness, I just ordered a new Powertec leg press from them, and Jackie answered all my questions and was instrumental in helping me get and fit this new piece of equipment in my home gym. Large variety of equipment…had multiple choices of all the major items we were looking for…and the customer service was great! Joshua the manager helped us out. Very friendly, knowledgeable and super honest about the +\- of all the equipment. I just bought a bunch of stuff from Precor/top fitness. I worked with William who was excellent. He was knowledgeable, super helpful, didn’t push anything on me. I felt very comfortable buying from Precor because I know I will get a good local service from them. Price was excellent as well. Highly recommend it.

Customer service is awesome either in store or on the phone, and good price for my Precor AMT 835 with additional discount on top of the store discount price and free pad for the machine. I will update my preview once I would receive the machine. We love our Precor AMT! It’s an amazing workout and high quality machine. It’s become an integral part of keeping everyone in the family healthy. You really get what you pay for and this machine is worth every penny. It feels good knowing we are investing in our health. JT Tolin and the whole team at Top Fitness went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. When I say above and beyond, I really mean it. From ordering, to problem solving in regards to supply chain issues, to delivery- it was seamless! We will definitely continue to work with Top Fitness as we build out our gym.

Rudy was very knowledgeable, honest, and sensitive to what I would need while recovering from foot injury from years of running. I have needed to replace my failing Yowza Captiva elliptical that I had used on and off for more than 10 years. I have wanted to invest in a reliable machine and Rudy helped me to choose the best and fun Precor AMT 835 that I am looking forward to enjoying my cardio workout for years. Customer service here is top-notch. I had an issue with a machine that I did NOT purchase at the store, yet J.T. did everything he could help. Unfortunately, the machine couldn't be repaired. I ended up coming back and buying a new machine. J.T is incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment, warranties, sales procedures and policies, which made everything go as smoothly as possible. He even went out of his way to explain the proper techniques when USING the machine. Don't waste your time going to the places where teens are working harder to ignore you than to help you, much less have knowledge of the equipment; or ordering from Amazon. It'll cost you more in the long run, believe me. THIS is the level of customer service I'm looking for, and am thrilled it still exists in some places!

Clint was very helpful in describing the details of the equipment we were interested in. We decided on the Inspire M3 and they were responsive on a timely installation. There was an issue with a release pin and an alignment problem with the seat back adjustment which was taken care of immediately. Very happy with the machine and the service I have received. Would highly recommend Utah Fitness to anyone looking for home gym equipment.
