My experience at the Top Fitness Store was GREAT!!! Working with Joe and Tommy was a pleasure. We received exceptional customer service at TopFitness. Brian was very welcoming and ready to work with us to create the best, most functional home-gym experience! We are so pleased with the equipment we purchased there. We ordered in-store and the delivery was quick and seamless! The installers were incredibly professional and there was attention to detail/care in bringing the boxes of equipment up to our second floor and installing. Friendly and great staff at the Tukwila location. I found this place on OfferUp where Daniel, the manager, was really responsive and helpful. It’s quite a drive for me so it was nice that we were able to chat and see the products beforehand. My husband and I were stuck in traffic and came right when it closed but David was very nice to stay late and took the time to show us around. We ended up coming back to buy more rubber grip weight plates, bench, and a leg extension attachment for our home gym. David was really helpful knowledgeable about all the different benches and leg extensions and even loaded weight plates for us to try. Overall, a great experience with great reasonably priced items!

Love the atmosphere literally just walking thru the door. Ms Jennifer made us feel right at home, with her hospitality and concern for our needs. We came to get one machine and left with two and flooring to help with our fitness goals. By the way we are African Americans and right in the heart of Southlake we were made to feel important as customers and greeting so kindly. My wife and I are frequent flyers here for all of our home gym needs. Everything we’ve purchased here as been big box gym quality and built to last. We use the heck out of our purchases and have never had to make a return or exchange. The staff are great and more than willing to chat with you about your needs. The service was great (the cashier helped me carry two 50 lb dumbbells out to my car in the parking lot, all by himself). The selection was also very good, and the store was clean. I plan to return in the future to buy other exercise equipment I need.

After talking to your representative over the phone I decided to visit your store before making my choice. I was treated with more respect and courtesy than the other store.
