My wife and I were in Southlake shopping for a treadmill. I had taken her to Academy before to show a good, better, best situation. 2 other stores in the area were closed on Sundays. Brian greeted us and was very helpful. Top Fitness has more choices and high end equipment. Brian was very helpful in finding a model that was in our price range. We picked out a PreCor. I bought a mat and 2 sets of dumbbells. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Brian. I’ve been to Top Fitness a couple times. Each time has been good. Today was top notch. Our treadmill is being delivered tomorrow.

I recently decided to add some extra weight to my weekly routine and after a quick Google search I saw a Top Fitness location near my office right in the heart of Dallas. I was greeted as I walked into the store by Josh. Josh was friendly and had a very positive attitude. I purchased four new pairs of dumbbells. The staff wheeled the weights out to my car and loaded them into the trunk. Easy Breezy. Unfortunately for me, Im not quite as strong as I thought I was and had to return the two heaviest pairs of dumbbells. Josh was working at the store again the following week when I returned and the return process of the weights was just as smooth as the purchase. I'm the kind of guy that doesn't like returning items so an easy, painless, hassle free process was a relief. I've been using the two pairs of dumbbells that I kept with great results. I finally challenged my wife's boyfriend to a fight. It did not go well for him. Thank you Josh, for an excellent shopping experience. But most of all, thank you for saving my marriage. You are a true American hero and I salute you. 5 stars.

I wanted to buy a good treadmill and visited a bunch of stores but was unhappy with the service and information given to me. Then I went to Top Fitness in Deerfield on Monday Dec6 2022 at 10am. The two gentlemen at Top Fitness in Deerfield were super nice and helpful. I wasn’t planning on buying a treadmill that day but totally changed my mind. Thank you guys!!! My treadmill gets delivered and installed tomorrow!

Our experience with Top Fitness was outstanding from the moment I spoke with Brian Smith on the phone to meeting him at the Southlake store to the delivery of our treadmill. First class in every respect. Brian knows the equipment, was great on price, and their men showed up on time and knocked out the assembly and installation efficiently. This is the place!! I wanted the chance to actually run on some treadmills & get the feel for different brands (but don’t like shopping!!) and Josh was exactly what we needed!! Outstanding. Patient. I have been shopping for the last couple of years for a high quality chest press machine that was affordable. I came across the Powertec multi-press system but wanted to try it out before purchasing. Kristian and his great team at Top Fitness brought a demo unit into the store so I could try it before buying. The system is outstanding. Heavy duty and built to last. The service I received from Top Fitness was outstanding and I am ecstatic!

I need to give a shout out to Daniel and David. I’ve been struggling with an ankylosing spondylitis flare for the past few months, and they’ve really gone out of their way to help me with some exercise equipment that’s getting me back on track. I was in really a low place, but these last few weeks of following a dedicated exercise routine have brought me more relief than I’ve had in years. So thanks guys, you’ve been great!

Utah Home Fitness is the best in the business. Professional, Educated, and just a pleasure to work with. The installation team was on time, patiently got all the equipment set up and placed it exactly where I wanted it. The guys had a great attitude. The Inspire CFT Commercial Functional Trainer and the Ultimate Commercial Half Rack are the bomb. Two of the best pieces of equipment every gym should have. The Inspire black with red accents is pretty dope. Installed the rubber flooring before install. Added 100 lbs of dumbbells with racking. Could not be happier! Can’t say enough about the quality of the people at Utah Home Fitness. Can’t wait to set up another gym…

Top Fitness Exceeded all my expectations. I went in with my father to get a treadmill. The selection, first of all, is fantastic. It is not a small store, and there was a lot to look at. One of the staff came over and answered all our questions and really took the time to help us find a piece of equipment that would work. We got an absolutely amazing deal with the floor sale, and what's more they threw in a foot stretcher for free. David and Daniel were the two staff members we worked with and they were absolute gems. I highly recommend this store and we will most likely be going back for additional equipment. Thank you so much!

My husband and I came in to buy a treadmill. Joe was very helpful in helping us pick out the correct one to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the advantages of each piece of equipment; which I found very reassuring. In the end, we chose the Spirit xt385 Treadmill. I'm looking forward to having it delivered and installed within the next week. It does cost a little extra, but it is well worth it. I definitely recommend Top Fitness for all your workout equipment needs.

I rarely leave reviews however. This is great store if you’re looking for quality fitness equipment at a fair price. But it’s even better if you’re looking for sales staff that are incredibly knowledgeable and care about what you really need and not pushing you into buying a bunch of equipment you don’t need then Top Fitness is amazing.

Fantastic experience. The Cupertino store was large, had lots of floor inventory, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Rudy Bhatt taught us about the various elliptical models. Michelle sampled them all and immediately recognized which models suited her preferences. We just intended to research ellipticals that day, but ended up buying one from Precor. It was more than we intended to spend, but we think it’ll be the one she’ll like and use for the next 10 years, which was our goal.

We were looking for a treadmill and immediately started looking at social media promoted brands like Peloton and NordicTrack iFit. With the latter we had a particularly horrible experience, the online sales never went through, they just couldn't get it right. So my wife and I decided to go to Best Buy and physically check them out. We were not 100% convinced so I suggested to my wife that we go to this place that I pass by everyday when I take Route 59, she reluctantly agreed. We were really fortunate that we went to this place and met Max who is an extremely professional and very knowledgeable person. He patiently heard us speak of iFit and then asked a simple question, 'Why iFit?' And we did not have an answer, we were looking for a solid, stable treadmill. He then explained to us what we should be looking for and whatever he said made so much sense. He gave us options and let us think through while he stood there to answer any questions and explain the pros and cons. He facilitated our decision making and we are so glad we went to Top Fitness and met Max. The treadmill has been delivered as promised and we are thoroughly enjoying it.
