Awesome experience! We thought we knew what we wanted but the salesperson took their time and let us try out different equipment and we ended up buying something totally different. And we couldn’t be happier. Joshua the salesman was very helpful. Not pushy. He even called to check up on us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommend

They sent 4 young men to deliver & assemble the Inspire M3. They had quite a lot of experience as a group They did a good job. I have not used the equipment yet, but am excited to use the equipment.

Kristian, the Store Manager was wonderful to work with. He immediately greeted us and walked us through the various options of treadmills. He listened to what we would be using the treadmill for, what would likely fit with our plans and then gave us a run-down on the features of each treadmill be showed us. At no time did we feel he was trying to upsell us to a more expensive model (as may be the case at other fitness stores). Will definitely go back for any future exercise needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable employees without high-pressure sales tactics! I was able to try out the equipment I was interested in and ask questions without someone hovering over me or trying to upsell me. They helped me get what I needed quickly, set up delivery & installation within the same week, and will even haul away my old treadmill!

We were looking for a commercial-grade treadmill, extraordinarily durable combined with magnetic resistance capable of providing a "sled/knees over toes" workout. Anthony was terrific to work with - "walking" us through all of our options. Thankfully, our Cascade Ultra Runner Plus was delivered and installed in 2 days. Life Lesson - If financially feasible, resist the temptation to buy exercise equipment that will underperform, break down, and defeat the purpose for your purchase.

First thing I’d like to comment on is the exceptional customer service we received from Reece. Not only was he nice but he was extremely knowledgeable with their products and answered all our questions. In fact, he showed us options that allowed us to build our home gym and I will no longer need my gym membership. They sell top notch equipment yet their prices are competitive, and the delivery is fast. I’m really glad I came here and would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends.

The team at Top Fitness Tukwila was amazing. When you go to a fitness equipment store it can be an intimidating experience, this store was the exact opposite. I was greeted, asked if I had any questions and was allowed to look at equipment on my own time and pace! Once I made my selection, I had some follow up questions and the team was able to help me field all of those as well. They also helped me load my car and ensure safe travel! Overall this was a 10/10 experience! Thank you

I just love our Precor Elliptical and True Performance 100 Treadmill! I've had the elliptical for a few years (bought at the same store) but my boyfriend and I decided to expand the gym. Because of my prior experience with the store, I wanted to go back. Not only are the products and prices terrific but the service is exceptional. JT is incredibly professional. He worked with us to find the right treadmill - not push us to buy. We found that incredibly refreshing. After doing research on Consumer Reports, we decided on True Performance treadmill. Because of the ice storm, our delivery was delayed. JT went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Thanks, JT, for a terrific experience!

I went in prepared to by a Precor treadmill after doing online research. JT was very good to work with. He showed me the two Precor treadmills in my price range and two True treadmills as well so I would have a point of comparison. He was very attentive to me, explained a lot of information, paid attention to my gait, my issues with my knees and was extremely supportive to my effort to get started walking again. I bought one of the Precor treadmills on a fantastic bargain and am excited to get it and start using it.

I have been considering buying my own spin bike for my house for the last several months. For the last 10 years I’ve been using the one at my local gym and the true fitness bike has served me well, but in recent months it has fallen into somewhat of disrepair. After doing my homework and looking around I realized that the Surge was the bike I wanted for my home Once I made contact with TruFitness, it was literally seamless, and I am very glad I made the purchase. Thank you Brian for making it happen. Now that I have written this glorious review, let’s hope I get the bike sooner versus later .
