I came to purchase a massage gun. I recruited the expertise from Tanner at their Lynwood location. Called all around looking for the Nordic track Vault Complete. Top fitness not only had inventory BUT had one on the floor live and functional. Michael was fantastic in running me through the machines functionality. Answered all of my questions as well as making excellent and knowledgeable recommendations. Could have bought this two other places cheaper but decided that I was not only investing in health equipment but also investing in WHO would support it best. Wide variety of equipment available. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He carefully listened to what I was looking for. He showed me various options and explained the differences. He demonstrated the use of the ones I was most interested in and then coached me through trying them out. Delivery times were available in less than a week. Delivery and assembly crew were very professional. The delivery and removal of my old equipment went quickly and smoothly. They tested the equipment and gave me a short tutorial on its use. They removed all the packaging material. Before leaving they made sure the machine was positioned exactly where I wanted it. Very satisfied with both the store and the delivery service.

Went in unsure of what exactly I wanted. Had a very knowledgeable gentleman show me around and talk me through the ins and outs of the different machines and find the right one without a “sales pitch” nor did he try to “upsell” me on anything or try to get me to spend more. All in all 10/10 experience. Would do business there again.

Yes, I'm one of those who don't usually leave reviews, but when you have an excellent experience, it's only right to share it with others. I had a great experience working with Brian at Top Fitness (TF)! I was looking for a piece of home equipment that can fit my busy lifestyle after having baby number three. I searched online for approximately two weeks and settled on a version of equipment I was interested in. I live about 45 minutes from TF, so I called in advance to get some information and spoke with Brian. He was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions without rushing me to "just come in and take a look." I scheduled a time to come to Southlake to meet him and look around the store, and I'm so glad I did. The store is very nice and offers every type of equipment imaginable. Brian was just as pleasant in person and took his time to show me around. I fell in love with the Spirit Incline Stepper! Brian didn't hover or pressure us to decide while my husband and I thought it over. When I settled on the stepper, he gave us a great deal and was able to schedule my delivery a few days later! The day before delivery, my husband decided to buy a mat to go under his equipment, so we called TF and paid for it over the phone and we were able to add it to the shipment! Delivery arrived a day early and it went well, the guys were polite and respectful. I've had the equipment for about two weeks, and I'm very pleased with my choice. It's super quiet, sturdy, durable, and fits perfectly in my home office.

I was happy when I learned that Top Fitness is the new name of the Precor Home Fitness store on Stevens Creek, because I am a fan of this store and its staff. In hindsight(*), the elliptical I purchased from that store in mid/late 2019 is one of my two favorite pre-COVID purchases. (Bought it shortly before the pandemic began, and in case you're wondering, the other favorite pre-COVID purchase was high speed internet for the house.) The staff at this store were super-knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. They let me try out things in the store, which helped me make an informed decision. They have excellent follow-up and after the initial set up, sent a knowledgeable pair of technicians to help get the machine set up properly in my home. The technicians explained how things worked and had VERY useful suggestions for keeping the machine happy (e.g., tips for getting a level surface and how to protect the innards from dust). Nearly three years later, I remain a very happy customer. (*) -- 2020 was, after all, the year of hindsight.
