GoogleNow that Brenda has qualified for Medicaid I want to thank Platinum Benefit Service and specifically Kaley Hayes, for responding to my calls when I needed her help. I only have one criticism, that the choice of Cape Trace Skilled Nursing Facility did not have a. Memory Care capability, which contributed to Brenda's fall and fractured her left Femur requiring surgery. I want to be "CLEAR" no one is at fault, her fall was just a happenstance. That is why I use the word criticism.
