GoogleSomeone said "everything is easy once you know how to do it". We are financially supporting a relative in assisted living facility and were advised by a friend to look into Plat Benefits. We did, I thought the service was expensive and did nothing for 6 months. As the bills seem to pile up, we decided to spend the $$ on Plat Benefits and their advice, recommendations, and responsiveness to our questions made this complex/daunting effort much easier to navigate. While we continue to provide financial support, our Plat benefits experience has resulted in us paying about $1,000 less per month. Thank you Platinum benefits!!

GoogleThe "platinum" in Platinum Benefit Services (PBS) is appropriate as you get platinum level service. The guidance and support is awesome and always available. I would never have been able to do this on my own. They have a "deep bench" so that support is not interrupted if someone is ill or on vacation. And the PBS team knows what they are doing. Every step of the way, every document, was explained to me so that I understood not just the what and how, but the why as well. Definitely worth it. Thank you PBS team!

They were able to format the application process with a check list so I could complete the process step by step. Additionally I could call or email with questions and receive a prompt response. I was able to rely on the Platinum Benefit people to give me confidence in managing all the details. LeeAnn Harrell at the main office coordinated the assistance I received throughout the process. I would especially like to complement Tonya Cope and Moira Hartsfield who were located in the same area as the Nursing home I was dealing with. They were able to visit the nursing home and intervene to clear up any confusion. Tonya with her years of experience was able to anticipate difficulties and offer valuable advice.
