GoogleThe results which the Platinum Benefits said were possible was exactly the outcome we got. I had submitted several Medicaid applications for my 85 year old mother. Each one resulted in a denial. While awaiting the decision from my last attempt, my mom fell and upon her discharge from the hospital, she was admitted to a rehabilitation facility. The facility recommended Platinum Benefit Services and said that they have suggested that company many times. We spoke to a representative of Platinum Benefit Services and after they reviewed our details, the representative felt very confident that based on the current circumstance, Medicaid would be approved. We signed the contract, paid the fee and Platinum Benefit Services took charge. They told us that it is usually a three month process and my mom was approved in 2½ months. About every two weeks, Platinum Benefit Services would provide an update and expectation concerning the application. Platinum Benefit Services was very responsive to any questions that I had and emails were answered within an impressive response time, sometimes in only minutes. Based on my personal interaction with Platinum Benefit Services, I recommend Platinum Benefit Services 100%. I appreciate Platinum Benefit Services result and the assistance that has come from the added government services now available to my mother.

We signed up with them and they guaranteed that my disabled sister would be approved. We recently were notified of her approval. Platinum guided us through every step, advised on filling forms, submitted forms, and advocated with various government agencies to keep the process moving. They regularly gave us progress reports. Each person we worked with was courteous and experienced with the very complex and confusing application process. Their fee is fair for all the guidance and work they provided, and in short order we will recoup the money expended through the Medicaid payments to assisted living Platinum enabled. I am so glad we enlisted their services.
