Dr Sharif, Allergist, her nurse and the rest of the staff were very efficient and personable. The office is immaculate. I also saw Dr Wong, ENT, a few weeks ago. I was also very happy with her. There was no waiting time for either visit, which I always appreciate. This office has a text/email system that alerts you to earlier appointments when someone cancels.

My family has been seen by both Dr. Mignone (ent) and Dr. Edwards (allergist). We love these doctors as they are attentive, caring and experts in their fields of medicine. They take the time to listen and they do not rush through the exam. Nurses and the front office staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fast to check you in and out. The office is very clean and they have top notch technology & equipment. I highly recommend this practice.

I took my son to see both Dr. Edwards and Dr. Mignone. They were careful listeners and were thoughtful about his issues and thorough in their analysis. I appreciate their care greatly.

I had a good experience with everyone in the office. I’ve been back 3 times and the team makes it simple to sign in and manage appointments. Dr Seery is pleasant and knowledgeable as well Dr Rutherford. I felt they had my best interests at heart.

Dr. Mignone is very pleasant and he was on time. He listened patiently to me and was thorough. MY only complaint, and this is about Penn Medicine in general, is even though I reviewed and updated my health information about an hour prior to my visit as requested, I am always asked to review the current information on file. I find this approach to be redundant and a waste of my time.

The office staff were kind and extremely professional. And my time to meet with the doctor was less than ten minutes. I would highly recommend Becker ENT.. The staff at the facility were all amazing. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The nursing staff were amazing and the doctors professional and excellent. A big thank you to the nurses though, they run the show and are fantastic.

I came on May 14, 2025, Dr. Frake and his coordinator Suha were Excellent. She was helpful and friendly. I had lost my voice and needed help to get my voice back quickly for work and had helped me with medication that helped a lot. He answered all the questions I had asked for. Thank you Dr. Frake and thank you suha for your help and the excellent service you had done for me

Dr. Frake and his team were amazing. I had high calcium for 2+ years. My PCP recommended an endocrinologist, whom recommended surgery for a parathyroidectomy. I work in the Healthcare field as an inpatient therapist at a hospital for 10+ years. I needed to make sure that I had my own issues addressed before returning to work with my own patients. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Frake and the entire staff. After my surgery, Dr. Frake followed up with me directly after surgery, when I was home, and talked to my family. I am happy to say the recovery period and post-op care have been excellent. Highly, highly recommended. I am grateful that I was able to have the procedure done with a reputable doctor in a timely manner so I can have a better quality of life :)
