THis was an incredibly friendly office and, although we were late, they coped with out problems as well as theirs with the schedule. We will continue to be seen by them--and relish the drive through some incredibly beautiful areas to get there.

Saw Dr. Yamasaki for Botox for weak muscle caused by neck surgery. She looks at how things are working to make sure treatments are effective, I was 15 minutes larte and she accommodated me and scheduled ansdfitinal assessment after 2 weeks.

From making the appointment on the phone to the first visit, the staff at the Freehold office was on top of things. They were friendly and efficient. Dr. McCullough was so patient and truly listens to health history. Her exam was thorough and offered sound care plan and follow up. So happy to have found my new ENT doctor and office even if it's a bit farther away!

I couldn’t hear from my left ear do to wax blockage. PA Conner worked diligently to clear a tough situation. He also cleared my right ear. He was patient and very informative as to what to expect and the procedure. He also prescribed an anti biotic as well. I feel his actions and the medical instruments he used could not be duplicated at an urgent care facility! The staff was great all around. Highly recommended !

Very pleased with the doctors and staff. Everyone was very efficient and they set my appointments up for me. Alyssa Molfese, my speech pathologist, gave me voice lessons. She made me feel at ease and explained things until I understood what i was suppose to do. I'm glad I took the lessons! YAY for Penn Med! ☆☆☆☆☆

It was quick and to the point. Dr. Drake examined my throat and vocal cords and suggested I consult with your speech therapist for further examination as nothing mechanically was wrong. I have an appointment.
