Saw Dr. Yamasaki for Botox for weak muscle caused by neck surgery. This visit was a follow up to the shots. She photographed my face to keep track of changes. Shots are several times per year and Dr. reassesses after each set of shots.

I saw Dr.Navarro today. Super professional, listened well, and thorough. It was a quick In and out visit First thing in the morning, which is nice considering I didn’t have to call out of work. The last ENT I went to was unable to Successfully unclog my ear, but Dr. Navarro took his time and was able to get the job done.. ✅ with great feedback on other issues we discussed. Highly recommend.

I started my medical botox treatments with Dr Wong September 2024. I just had my third treatment April 2025 and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had bell’s palsy and synkenesis for 2 years. I was so uncomfortable and embarrassed I barely left the house. After my last treatment you can’t even tell i have bell’s palsy. The pain, tightness, and involuntary movements from the synkenesis are gone. Dr Wong is so kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy and grateful Dr Wong is treating me. Looking forward to my next medical botox treatment in July.

Dr. Lupa suggested and performed VivAer low frequency radiofrequency ablation to treat my swollen turbinates and "nasal valve collapse". I've had several followup visits during which he has refined the ablations. The treatment has significantly improved my nasal breathing and reduced my episodes of profuse nasal discharges.
