Overall happy, though i had to fill in paper work again as the registration process had a wrong link which goes to a different Penn system than the one they use for the location I went to.

Everyone I came in contact were pleasant and caring. Vivian, who gave me my hearing test, was very nice and caring and explained everything in detail. Dr McCullough was very thorough in her examination. I last saw her 2 yrs ago. Dr. McCullough listened to my concerns and did not rush the appointment. She is also very caring. The Becker ENT at Robbinsville made our first visit a positive one. Brianna was exceptional in getting us an appointment with the doctor that had been erroneously been cancelled . She turned what would have been a disappointing day into a memorable one. Dr Grossman accommodated us and made sure we had the most comfortable and joyful experience. She put our minds at ease with her cheerful persona and went over the course of treatment in great detail. Five stars from us for this practise.

Dr. Navarro is very informative, caring, and knowledgeable, as is the entire staff. Very brief wait time. I was in and out in 30 minutes, including 15 for paperwork!

I have had sinus problems since I was very young. I had gone to a different ENT who was supposed to fix the problem, but instead did more damage than help. I was referred to Dr Lupa who corrected the problem and continued to follow up even when a pre existing condition delayed my recovery. He is knowledgeable and explains what he is doing as he goes along. I have now referred 3 people to the office to see him. I recommend!

Dr. Wong fixed my deviated septum and the entire experience with Dr. Wong and the staff was 10/10 all around. Everyone was incredibly helpful, easy to get in touch with, professional, and excellent and knowledgeable about everything they do. I would recommend Dr. Wong and this office to my family and friends 10 times out of 10 without hesitation.
