I was greeted by pleasant and friendly staff, the physician saw me within minutes of my appointment, and he was thorough and professional.

I started going to Dr. Mangione a few months back. He has a great bedside manner and personable. He listened to all of my concerns and provided a treatment plan. He is always on time ( unheard of these days). The office staff is pleasant and helpful. I had surgery recently and it went smoothly. I am filing my disability papers soon and will see how they do with that and I will update. I am very happy with this practice. My only issues is with the cost of service S not covered by insurance but o don’t think that is their fault.

Absolutely amazing.. was nervous about my visit but PA Connor put me at total ease… he’s very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing step by step and the reason it was being done… 100% satisfied would have no problem referring Penn Med and actually I am looking forward to my follow up visit to finish solving my hearing issue.. thank you Penn Med and PA Connor

Couldn't hear, had an infection as well. After 20 minutes, 1 ear vacuum; was given 2 weeks of instruction. Clean ears that completely work is the result. Recommended to anyone. Staff quick and efficient. Facility unquestionably clean. Neat patient chairs.

Everyone in the office was very polite and helpful. My husband can be a bit sensitive for an octogenarian but Connor was very considerate and patient with him. He went in for removal of an object from his ear, but Connor checked him our thoroughly and had to remove a good amount of wax from his other ear. Thank you for your care and patience.

I had a severe case of vertigo that caused me to be hospitalized overnight. When the cause could not be found, Becker ENT was able to diagnose and treat my condition. Conor McAuley PA was fantastic in my examination and diagnosis. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
