From the front desk staff, to the tech who took me back to the exam room, and finally seeing Dr. Deidre, my first visit went great. Everyone was professional, kind, and the doctor answered my questions thoroughly. I learned a few new things that my former ENT should've told me about, so I'm glad Dr. Deidre is knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend the practice.

Had to take my 99 year old mother for hearing loss and tinnitus. Dr Sterling was very kind and patient with her. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Glad we found them!

Dr. McCullough changed my life!!!! literally. She will know exactly what this means when she hopefully sees this. I thought I was becoming deaf. It turns out my ears were just clogged. I’m so excited to tell my husband. He has always made fun of me for not being able to hear. Mystery solved.
