I wanted to take some time to share my amazing experience with Penn Medicine, specifically with Dr. Mignone and his office staff. Emma and Erika have been incredibly responsive, attentive, and compassionate in all of their communication — from phone calls to emails. Even the front desk team greets you with warmth and kindness every visit. It’s truly refreshing to have a doctor’s office where you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Mignone is exceptionally intelligent and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything thoroughly, offering reassurance and demonstrating genuine compassion for his patients. My experience has been nothing short of outstanding — easily an 11/10. I’ve already recommended Dr. Mignone and his practice to friends and family, and I will continue to do so.

Connor McAuley was very thorough, and spent quality time with me regarding the infected area on the roof of my mouth. The Physicans Assistant had great bedside manners, with clear explanations, and successful treatments. He was very attentive, and made me feel stress free. The staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The office was very clean, and I would highly recommend Connor McAuley to anyone who needs ENT care!

I have been dealing with a sinus/ear issue for about a month. I called and got an appointment within 3 days and was seen by Megan. Had a Blepharoplasty and direct brow lift performed by Dr. Annie Wong. I am very happy with the results as well as the procedure and the steps leading up to the surgery. Dr Wong is an artist with the scalpel. Her team is great! I healed very quickly within a week most of the swelling diminished. My eyes look brighter and I look more alert . My peripheral has also improved.
