Dr. Navarro was very nice. He was patient answering my questions and concerns regarding sinus pressure. He performed a test to rule out a sinus issue. He prescribed medication, and I will follow up. The staff was friendly. I was confident in his education and experience, and I was happy I chose him for my ENT.

“Dr Megan” was compassionate and very informative She has the utmost bedside manner in addition to her expertise. She took her time with my Dad and explained all his options very carefully and patiently. She went above & beyond by checking his ears & removed considerable amount of wax which gave him relief. She addressed Dad directly which gave him a sense of being seen and heard instead of merely talking about him to us. You can’t imagine how important that is. In addition the office was run smoothly & efficiently No wait time. The office was immaculate and even “smelled” clean. Everyone was very caring. We were very impressed!!

Got an appointment the same day - which rarely ever happens. The front desk staff were very courteous and I consulted Deidra Emerich NP, who was very thorough with her examination, consultation and feedback. Helped address all my queries and I got exactly the care I needed. Would definitely highly recommend both the clinic as well as Deidra.
